💟When you have work to do, and the place you work at is known to be haunted, how would you react? For confessor Alwin, he just tries to brush it off with something "sensible". He can ignore the noises, the odd hand prints, and even the technical glitches, but it's tough to remain skeptical when the entities start to physically touch you.💟

When mysteriously cannot find your way out of a place (example: forest), urinate on the spot. I was told that urinating on the spot will clear the way. Also, from personal experience, when urged to run, try to maintain iron calmness. It is difficult, but remain calm for your own safety. Tell yourself they can't do anything to you because your are bright, you are Life, you have Living force. They are not physical. What can they do to you? Slowly walk out of that fear.

My friend used to work as an actress at the images of Singapore show. She was quite friendly with one of the cleaners. One day, when she was off from work, the cleaner said he saw n spoke to my friend in the staff-only area. That person the cleaner spoke to was wearing some traditional looking costume that sounded nothing like any of the show costumes. Best thing was my friend was totally not even anywhere near sentosa since she was not working that day. After that, everybody just pretended it nvr happened. My friend left the show shortly after.

Reminds me of when my colleague told me about her time working at the maritime museum (now closed), where she would see one of the child figures head turned looking at her or an extra child beside the child figure
Another is a coworker telling me during her training with another colleague of hers, the colleague had to go inside sea aquarium
Coworker was getting worried (could not get through via walkie for some reason as well) as he was gone for quite some time but her colleague said that he was only gone for a few minutes and said that the aquarium was crowded with children
However the guest services said that guests going in are mostly adults and there was barely any crowd

Hey alwyn nice to see u bro, we were once part of preopening and dlp phase. U did a hella of a job supporting us with late nights works and entertaining complains from us. Haha. Thanks for sharing ur experiences.
I was part of original technical team and i have to agree and acknowledge theres haunting in the place but it has become the norm to us 😂. From doppelgangers, voices rainy late nights, missing tools, cctv footage of something flying activating smoke detectors , “chikopek ghost”, theres an incident where we shifted a figure bcuz it cant face a mirror. One of the figure at boatride is definitely possesed but shall not tell which one. During preopening 3 blessings was done by buddhist monk, pastor and malay ustad. Not many know how difficult it is to please the spirits until they come to a compromise till today. As for me they didnt haunt me as much compare to my juniors, probably as im a regular or maybe bcuz i ‘maintain’ the place and figure in order perhaps. Maybe perhaps ive spilled blood before as i had a major accident at boatride maybe i have given my sacrifice? 😂 there are indeed different type of hauntings but i would say mostly indoors are those mischievous kind. The rooftop , chiller plant room and ios basement, tht is the malevelent kind pure evil hardcore. i have since left the place but i ll always rmbr the place fondly and have to respect my ex colleagues still working thr, respect.

All the museums have that vibe. All. The dim lighting doesn’t help and no sunlight. In areas where there is sunlight, you feel tons better. Anyway, if you are using artefacts, old furniture etc that used to belong to someone in the past, chances are higher that there are attachments. That’s why I don’t collect antiques. The most I will buy are retro items produced from max 30 years ago. Even so, I prefer to buy “never used” condition if possible. I honestly hate Asian Civilisations Museum. It’s got a very heavy atmosphere even more than the National Museum and Peranakan Museum. I can tolerate the latter two as the heavy spots are few but feel like I want to leave the moment I step into the ACM permanent gallery. The thing is, I’ve been to European museums and palaces, they don’t carry that menacing vibe. Yes, I do agree with one of the comments about the funeral exhibit. I can do without seeing it. Totally creepy and eerie. Maybe you should check the ACM out.

I am not a ghost story writer. I am here to relate my encounters
that I have been through. During my NS days I was posted to the
3rd Singapore Infantry Regiment in Bedok Camp for my 2 years
stint as a infantry soldier (Rifleman). As a private, we were required
to do guard duties and we can be posted anywhere within the camp. There is one particular guard post which is very insolated and far away from any humans or buildings. This guard post have no light and even the surrounding is very dark. You cannot even
see your five fingers inside and it very spooky. Even as soldiers we are also scared of ghosts you know so imagine one night I
have to do guard duty in that guard post between 2am to 4am.
After a good two hours sleep in the guardhouse I made my way gingerly to the spot and the old one left. As I surveyed the surrounding nervously, the footpath on the left and the open
field toward my right. Just beside stood a big banana tree. On this
particular night it was extremely windy and cold and I could see
the banana tree swinging wildly. I was getting scare d as I am the only one left in this world and I start counting the time and found myself dozing off only to be waken feeling paralysed like having
a fit and unable to control myself and shaking uncontrollably. At
the same time I felt the presence of something where I am standing but I couldn't move at all. In a distance in front I saw a figure in white dashing very fast and disappeared suddenly. Eventually I recovered and my shift ended and I saw my partner
coming toward me and I returned to the guardhouse. Thanks.

      Hi Mr Tan,
I am in the year from 1974 to 1975. Next to my camp is 4 SIR
and just a walking distance to the right is Bedok Corner where
there is a hawker center across the road. Long Beach Sea Food
is just at the corner and is very popular at night. Before reaching
both camps further down along the road there are many graves
along the slope on the left side. Yep I do have many supernatural
encounters while working which I have narrated before such as
dancing ghosts having great funs. Yes ghosts also love parties
like humans and you hear them enjoying themselves very loudly Some of my encounters date back to the sixties. Thanks.

Back in the 90s, the layout was light and airy except for that short gallery depicting the signing away of Singapore. Even the Chinese kitchen didn’t feel too bad, my mum said that it depicted the living conditions in her childhood exactly. There was a happy vibe then. The layout of the Madame Tussaud’s is very dark and cloistered. It’s just set up to feel like a horror movie. It all looks very mysterious with nooks and crannies and the hanging ropes really do not help. No sun,no air. I think whatever’s there was probably happier with the Images of Singapore exhibit and all the nostalgia. Got more to play with. Can relate better. Like now, there is wax figures of Amitabh Bachman, Dick Lee. Si mi lang? Cannot move, cannot entertain. If the animatronix switch on by themselves, not surprised they also want to look for entertainment. There were reports at a day care centre I was working at - after 7 pm the wheelchair would roll by themselves. At another work place of mine, an office, the manual typewriters would be operating in the middle of the night witnessed by managers coming in for their conference calls with US. They like to play. Our office cleaner would come in every morning to find the office WC drenched, ceiling, walls and floor with water.

Painting of living beings especially human beings, idols, statues even dolls, have the tendency to invite jinn entity to reside within, especially if these items are treated with fondness.
If want to play with soft toys, keep it well used and haggled, have no respect to it as if they're 'living' and it should be fine.
