    Thanks for such a complete review, ordered one today in France, January sales time 109 euros instead of 129, with free delivery to a local shop pick up point tomorrow, difficult over here to beat at this price.

    Thanks for the information! I'm gonna be replacing my Galaxy Core Prime with a Redmi 9C (2GB 32GB storage I'm pretty sure), so I was looking if this is the right phone to get for about 100€. Thanks for the review and information once again!

      @@ThommosTech Will do when I get the phone. I'm just waiting so that I can pay 1000 din (10€) every month until I pay 10000 din (100€). I'm sure it'll be great.

      @@codesavage3763 awesome. Excuse my lack of knowledge, but what country has the currency din?

      @@ThommosTech Hi Thommo, this is my new account and I saw this comment months ago but forgot to reply so excuse me for that. Anyways, the country that uses the currency called RSD refered to as din as well is Serbia, nevermind me for also getting the price wrong. I've gotten the phone though and it's serving me really well! I was going to get the 64GB version but unfortunately the shop I was purchasing the phone at was out of stock or something. To be honest, the only bother is that Xiaomi is taking so long to update the phone to Android 11, but other than that the phone is fire. I got the NFC version. Anywaysss 1 year later reply but oh well

      Well it's been quite a while but about a month ago the phone has started to bug and glitch quite a bit which is getting really annoying. I also, just yesterday, cracked the screen and compared to my old Samsung it's quite surprising to me how easily it cracks. I'm thinking about making an upgrade to the Redmi 10C 4GB in about 2 months probably, shortly after 2023 starts. I don't quite think it's worth fixing the screen as a new Redmi device such as the 10C is pretty cheap starting at around 135€ here in Serbia.
      P.S. i still don't have Android 11 even though the Redmi 9, 9A, etc. got the update over a year ago... i bought another 9C for a family member and that one doesn't have it either regardless of it being supposed to get Android 11 in the July patch or whatever, its on the September patch now and still nothing

    I've recently broken my mobile. Looking to pick up a decent phone upto £150. What would you recommend?

    • @ThommosTech
      @ThommosTech  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The Redmi 9c offers amazing value for money. Don't think spending the extra £50 would get you much more tbh.

      I think the redmi 9 is also a good solid choice

      In terms of a low budget phone, it's really really good value for money.

    • @lowenderr
      @lowenderr 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      sure you should if it's still available although the Redmi 10C would give you better performance for pretty much almost the same price

    I like the Nokia 2.4 but its difficult to beat the value you get from the Xiaomi 9c

    • @ThommosTech
      @ThommosTech  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Absolutely. The 2.4 offers som good value, but the 9C just offers that little bit more for the same price.
