Honestly unknown territories have nice rewards for only a few minutes of daily content. I use Carmen Benzel Elara Rakan LuLu. If you struggle to set up 3 good anti carmen defenses, you can set up 1 strongest defense instead and can do the explorations individually, this way you do not have to worry about being plundered yourself.

Ngl overall I quite enjoyed the new update, new QoL features are very cool and besides the bugs the new gamemode is quite fun. The new hero is... flawed. I don't like it. But apart from that pre good update imo
wild take bro new hero is the only unit in the game that can provide some form of silence immunity to allies AND has a Benzel-ish healing mechanic for lowest hp ally AND can resurrect after death to taunt all enemies (not just one like Abala) he's like what Zenon should have been to be usable late game (not only reduce enemy healing but exploit it to heal your own allies as well) or Abala (provoke all enemies instead of just one). Nox is S tier unit and you can't convince me otherwise. He would've viable with just the team silence immunity feature to counter rakan cheese teams but all the other features make him even more goated
