20 MIN Dynamic Cardio Workout| Low Impact HIIT| All Levels

  • This is a quick 20 minute Cardio HIIT workout that can be adapted for steady state cardio (recovery day) or as a higher intensity session to help you improve your endurance and elevate the heart rate to build up your aerobic capacity. This session is low impact, so it is apartment friendly and relatively easy on the joints. This is also beginner friendly but dynamic enough to challenge more advanced individuals with an emphasis on lateral movements and some mobility.

    ✦Format: : 40 sec work, 10 sec rest
    ✦Equipment: lightweight dumbbells (e.g. 3-5lb) for Round 2
    ✦Exercises include: skater side lunges, foot tap to extensions, downward dog tucks, skiers, lateral lunges with calf raises, reverse planks with alt kicks, reverse fly to hell lifts, and a finisher of cross jabs with weights
