@@jepacido5118 Just my opinion but as an international fan, he probably means: a voice that's well-balanced between bright and warm (instead of being overly bright to the point that it's ear-splitting), balanced registration (chest/mix/head voice), and no accent on her English singing whatsoever. On top of that, she can also sing any genre, and she has an incredible amount of charisma. She is one-of-a-kind.
