Nice build and review. I have the same setup. Swing by Home Depot or Lowes and ask them for some "Dottie Safety Plates" Pick up a dozen or so. They're very cheap. They're just a small steel plate that get hammered onto the front of the 2x4 post to help prolong it's longevity from the bullet fragments. Also, keep a look out for some large rocks. I throw them online top of the stand as added support when shooting large caliber. I used to use sandbags but the frags ate thru them. I can't stake them down due to hard ground. Stay safe 🤙🏽
Very good!! The only thing I’ve had to do is just repaint it. The 4x4 is shot up but it’s still holding the target 🎯 up perfectly fine lol. Solid super solid.
@@ImNOTfromthisplanetITT awesome review! I’m gonna buy one from watching. Do you know if it’s easy to break down or put up or is it just solid once in pmace
@@jakenichols6328 Thank you! Yes it's pretty easy if you follow the steps in the video. When I load it in my car (in the trunk) all I do is take the bottom base off and it loads right up.
It’s extremely sturdy. Mine has taken a beating like no other and I purchased a second one for the range. The 4x4 is damaged but it’s so thick that it doesn’t matter and it can also be replaced when need be. As far as sockets no sure.
Just bought this similar set up. I watched your video to help me put it together! Just wanted to let you know this video helped!
Awesome!! Glad it helped. Did you watch other videos that were out there about that target?
@@ImNOTfromthisplanetITT a few. But I went back to yours because it was simple and straightforward
@@ArmedCivilianVA Interesting, thanks so much bro for watching!
Just bought this target setup myself. Gave a thumbs up for the range safety. Keep it up my dude.
Yep I’ve taken my target through some shit and it’s still solid. Thanks bro!
I appreciate this video bro, I needed the reassurance I was putting this together right since they didn’t send any instructions. 🙌🏼
No problem bro!! I’m glad I made this video and a lot of people enjoy it.

Good content, and video. Much sturdier than I thought it would be
Thanks!
Great video my brotha, I have this target and will be setting it up tomorrow when I go out shooting!
Thanks so much bro!! It’s super solid.
@@ImNOTfromthisplanetITT it’s held up nicely?
Great Review. I'm thinking about trying this out.
Thank you! Lost my instructions so this is very helpful. My wife would kill me if I did that on the carpet though. Hope you're ok!
Anytime bro!!
I’ve got the same setup comming in the next couple days. I also ordered the 2x4 steel post for it. We’ll see if it was worth the extra $$.
@@tgafire87 They are super solid bro! I still have mine and they have taken ALOT of abuse.
@ thanks for the video and the reply. 🫶🏼
@ Anytime bro!
I like the ring of the target!! Love the immediate feedback!!!

Thanks and you’re very welcome!
Thanks !
@@willsmith2187 Anytime!!
Great video. I'd just like to ask what drill bit did you use
I don’t know what size but it’s a little bit smaller than the holes in the black-metal part that holds the yellow target up and connects to the 2x4.
@@ImNOTfromthisplanetITT thanks
Great vid!
Thanks!!
Awesome! Thanks 😊👍

I just purchased the same stand and target. How sturdy is it and what size sockets did you have to use for the install?
