GE90-115B never fails to amaze me. I wish there's a service for PDX, I wanna try different airline companies someday. Delta is a good airline company but they're using older planes like 767 from Narita to PDX. Nice video by the way! Looking forward for more videos from you.
Thank you Mark! I feel the trend is moving from hub-to-hub flight to point-to-point direct flight. I believe there will be a 777 service in the future. I used to fly Delta frequently and flew once from Narita to SEA on a 767. 2-3-2 seat configuration is actually not bad for a long haul flight. Liao Fukang , I always fly with Delta since I started moving here in PDX from Manila. Seats are not bad at all but I feel a little dehydrated when I'm flying to Narita with the 767. That's why I always ask for extra bottle of water inside the plane. Lol
Same for me when on a 767.I feel that 787 provides more comfortable cabin overall. Delta gives Dasani water for long haul flights if I remember correctly.
Liao Fukang, yes, they are. I flew to Manila several months ago. Used the 767 from PDX to Narita, Narita to Manila. Used the same unit when I came back from Manila.
Did you take this seat on purpose? It's always a lottery, because it's right the last seat before the premium eco bulkhead, where usually families with babies are seated. Was it bothersome?
Yes, as you said, there might be babies right behind the last row of Business Class and it's a lottery. Luckily that was not the case for this particular flight. I believe that I picked this seat for two reasons. One is that no passenger will walk by your seat during the flight. But I then found out that many passengers actually walk through the aisle while boarding because the door is in front of the last row. The second reason is just having a better view of the wing and the GE90.
Nice to hear, you had luck with your flight. I usually tend to book in the front cabin. As you said, people run trough during boarding the elite and eco cabin. Also some elite passengers take the front lavatories, or you have crying babies behind you. Nevertheless - EVA royal laurel is really nice to fly. Nice tripreport!
