the ai seems to have unlimited ers or crazy straight line speed, in the race they are so much stronger than quali
I feel like it’s a track depending issue and for me the ai is much stronger in quali then race probs because I’m simply better in race trim then quali but I did now career mode till Miami as well and for me Bahrain the ai was to strong with Ers and straight line speed in Jeddah,Australia and Japan it’s fine you obviously need to put the wings down china similar to Bahrain also the only race I was actually slower then my teammate then now I did Miami and I lose like 0.4 after t3 gain it back in the next corners but lose time on the straights again imo the ai needs slightly less top speed and have slightly less grip in some places the long right in China before the straight or t1,2,3 in Miami and it’s actually perfect
its insane i cant compete with them at all.
Well then I’m not gonna buy this game cuz my race pace is already absolutely shit💀

2:49 sadly you can't change the format after you've done Sprint Qualifying. Another TH-camr want to do the same but after the Sprint Qualifying the format was locked and he couldn't change into short qualifying.
I think full qualy for the race is essential, however you should absolutely shorten the sprint q to short quali or osq, imo

Maybe you can just put it on oneshot for the weekends that have a sprint in them and just use short for every other one
What i noticed in your quali runs is that you do mostly better in the second attempt on the same tyres. Maybe yoz should adapt that in your strategy with outlap-preplap-qualilap.

I say shorten the qualifying sessions in sprint weekends. I dont want you to burn out or anything from having to record so much amd and do so much work. Its just as exciting either way IMO

Personally I don't mind when the videos come out as it's quite nice to have the full realistic format especially as a character career 🙂 but will love the content anyway whatever you decide!
tbh i would rather wait the episode a bit longer than the others new format is nice and its fun to see you had to do something to turn the weekend round in china even with that if you were to change the setup all by yourself not using a paid one going in the race completely blind would have been even more challenging but p19 battle with logang might not be the most entertaining thing ever

From what I have seen on others channels, you have to run the same format für both qualifyings. So doing a one-shot and then a full quali isn’t possible, which is a shame in my opinion

How are you liking the game? Thinking of picking it up as I need something to scratch my F1 fix and assetto corsa ain’t doing it right now😅
the game is actually good, the handling problem is more that you can just abuse throwing the car but if you just drive clean as you would on the other f1 games it feels amazing and the ai is so good to fight with, playing online might not be the best because of the current meta but hopefully it will change with the new update coming soon
@@shadytcg Exactly my thoughts as well. If they fix handling abuse and make AI make mistakes again in driver career more (it's bugged now?), this game will give a lot of good fun.

Seems like there's a ton of issue with ai being far superior and nothing happening to them constantly seeming they have full battery and far superior pace there clearly something wrong as the train behind you shows it was a case you were holding them up more so than it being a race I won't be getting this new game this year as feel like EA are just ripping people off the handling looks atrocious and car saving modes seem to be the thing more than out right racing is
