The drummer in this video is Yuya Maeta who only played about 10 shows with BABYMETAL in 2014. Hideki Aoyama is the current drummer who has done almost 200 shows. BOH has been the most consistent with well over 210 shows with BABYMETAL. Mikio Fujioka was also in the Kari Band before his passing, the latest album of theirs they bring on guest musitions for play songs, this is one of them.
Yuya Maeta on drums, so cool! Before Kami Band, he seems to have been a music section member of 'Blue Man Show' in Japan tour. According to the credits of this official MV, the guitarist is Satoshi Oka (岡聡志)(but it says he is a tour member). In the other site, we can see a member of the name on guitar, Yusuke Hiraga (平賀優介). He seems to have been a student of Mikio.
The Kari Band was originally BOH on bass, Yuya Maeta on drums and Mikio Fujioka (RIP) on guitar. They are a jazz fusion band. After Mikio's tragic accident I believe they invite guitarists who were Mikio's students to guest, sorry I can't remember who that was on guitar in this one. Yuya Maeta is a Kami Band member, but he is not one of the regulars (Hideki Aoyama is the usual drummer of course). I think Yuya did the Lady Gaga support tour (I can never remember exactly when that was and I should know).
I would recommend the track Djentleman off the Kari Ongen EP or my personal favourite Bewitching off the Nimaime EP sadly they don’t have videos but they are both very good
There are some really great from the Kari Band, like your suggested Dgentleman is great too! Chatter (a cover-song) is wonderful. Top song for me is "仮BAND 11/30 Harmony X" the whole song gives me chills. With Mikio we lost such a great Talent and for me, one of the greatest guitar players.
@@evifes9182 Yes such a sad loss, he lives on through his music, friends and his wife and daughter. I usually don't recommend the jazzy songs as a lot of people coming to these guys through Babymetal prefer heavier stuff, but to me it is all great, my best friend growing up was a drummer so I always enjoy talented rhythm combos and I rate Yuya and Boh as being among the very best I have heard in any genre.

Nice reaction. The Kariband music is really cool. Love the mix of jazz elements with the rock sounds.
reminds me of Yes. that kind of prog rock with shades of Jazz. nice stuff😊
Thanks for this. Amazing. It puts me in a good place with no wish to leave early.

@@chrisharris1522 Great stuff, thanks :-)
Well done. This is the newer lead guitarist after the previous one passed away. Sorry can't remember the names.
