Придумано не плохо, НО дли пиления под углом я бы сделал планку направляющую на оси и сс фиксацией на штырях с зажимом типа барашек. Кстати аналогичную шину можно сделать для циркулярной пилы и для болгарки, только для болгарки немного крепление другое надо.

Ну ну. Итак, если Вы захотите сделать себе это дивное приспособление, Вам понадобятся... Ручная и стационарная дисковые пилы, сверлильный станок, гриндер, торцовочная пила с протяжкой и ленточная пила. Зачем при таком богатстве направляющая для ручного лобзика - вопрос. Конечно это всё можно сделать и с минимальным набором инструментов. Но, к сожалению, независимо от качества изготовления, данная оснастка не сильно облегчит Вам жизнь. Прямой рез Вы сможете получить при наличии пилки с идеально разведёнными и выровненными зубцами, и то, при условии, что обрабатываться будет изотропный материал, типа ДСП, или доска поперёк волокон. В противном случае пилку неизбежно поведёт и никакие направляющие её не удержат. Она выгнется, дерево начнёт гореть, а при надлежащем упорстве может и сломается.
An idea: to see the cutting line, you could have milled the upper part of the table and inserted a piece of plexiglass cut in the middle as you did for the parquet, in this way you can avoid making holes. I don't know if I explained myself well.
This is too professional not everyone has all these machines to cut the parts.. This is all of experts..I would like to see a setup for beginners like I love to work with woods like I made a cat flap and now I want to make a Cat's house. I appreciate what you have shown but It really did not help me..Some basic and easy steps would help if you don't mind...
I'm not sure what special tools you talk about? You don't need a nailgun - that's just a practical way to hold things when gluing or screwing, that's probably what he also wanted to show. In fact the reason I bought a small electrical nailgun/stapler, when glueing together 150 special transport wood boxes. (Just plain normal manual nailing things together when glueing things, is a very good & practical thing.) Having a table saw is nice, but I'll probably never buy one, and just clamping down rulers or something to guide your jigsaw will do the job. It's just more time consuming - especially getting it right! (Borrowing a circular saw is even better!) Figuring things out is part of what gives you satisfaction. TH-cam is a great way to learn things to try yourself. Have fun! Best wishes!😀

Buonasera! Sicuramente al vs. livello siete tutti molto bravi. Sogno di fare anch’io questi lavori. Ho tanta manualità ma, in fatto di realizzazioni sono un cesso. Sono un vecchio modellista navale e come tale sono stato abituato a leggere i piani di costruzione. A questo proposito, c’è vendita di piani di costruzione? Qualcuno che li fa per se, a richiesta potrebbe (pagando chiaramente) venderli a qualcuno meno abile, nel senso che non ha la capacità di disegnarsi qualcosa? Aiutatemi, sto cercando progetti per il seghetto alternativo e per la sega circolare. Nuovi costano un occhio!! Manderò ad alcuni di voi questo mio messaggio, e vedere se c’è qualcuno disponibile a fare una cosa del genere. Lo que no dicen en el vídeo es que estás caladoras hacen mucho ruido a la hora de cortar una madera, especialmente en lugares cerrados. Este ruido puede dañar su audición tarde o temprano. Así que lo más recomendable es que protega sus oídos si es que no se quiere quedar sordo.
Смотрю смотрю эти видосика , и никто НИКТО не показывает вертикальный угол, а это намного важнее чем показывать торцовку, которая и так будет 90 градусов. И еще подошва у лобзика моего макита в начале на пол мм больше, и поэтому будет люфт небольшой между направлющими, об этом тоже никто не показывает, типичный ютуб главное на просмотрах срубить бабок и попиариться.

Can I suggest ducking the audio when the sound of the table saw starts, because anyone turning up their volume before that to check if there's any sound in the video is going to get a nasty shock to the ears.

только разметку ловить по линии реза не очень удобно, каретка то не прозрачная. мне больше нравится вариант с перевернутым и встроенным в стол лобзиком + параллельный упор, можно и прямые резать, и фигуры выписывать
Not home-made but factory-made. Good idea if you have all this mechanichal equipment. Personally I cannot build this thing, even if I am good in constructions.
jig saws are very poor straight cutting tools. the blade bends as it follows the grain of the wood, so these types of jigs are useless. make a similar jig for your battery-powered circular saw and you'll have something
@@Tommy_007 i wouldnt say useless on mdf, but if you wanna make a straight cut on a small piece of mdf, why have a whole jig dedicated to that when you can make a similar jig for a portable circular saw that makes clean fast cuts on everything? the jig saw has only one purpose and it does it poorly: to cut curves when no other tool will work. it's a tool to maybe have but to be avoided whenever possible
@@rb-ex For people living in an apartment there is not a lot of space and a circular saw might make too much noise. Maybe a jigsaw is the only option. (I don't have a circular saw, so I can't compare.)
You can always put 2 metal or aluminium strips on the underside, running parallel to the cutting blade, that solves the issue with the blade bending. I know a circular saw is way superior to a jigsaw, but there're a lot of people that can't use a circular, due to noise, space, etc. Check Daniele Tartaglia's channel, he has a version of this cutting table with the metal strips I told you about.

Question. i see from your circular saw jig that there is a wide space in the middle of the rail for the circular saw. Can't that be used for the Jigsaw jig as well so one can see the line of the piece to be cut better than just looking at them through some holes?

HOLA, NECESITO AYUDA, comencé a realizar este proyecto y me ocurrió que mi caladora, no quiso cortar derecho la tabla guía que lleva los rieles, la sierra se desvía uno o dos mm y ha sido muy frustrante, no sé que puede estar haciendo mal, quizá la caladora está mal calibrada, se tuerce un poco la sierra...

Золотые слова!!! Это для тех,кто не работал лобзиками.Все приходит с опытом. Для качественного прямого реза, только дисковая циркулярка.
вообще то 2 сверлильных станка , 1 самодельный , 2-й заводской (первый видать сломался :) ), еще шуруповерт

10:45 В прочерченных направляющих линиях сверлим по два отверстия и вставляем в них упоры. Понадёжнее получится + струбцину не нужно.

Подошву можно подогнать на точиле,и потом даже без при способы с правилом можеш пилить ровно.
При повышении влажности лобзик в направляющую не влезет 😏

Is it cynoacrylate which you are using as adhesive? and what is the spray you are using? Please high light in your comment.
Cyanoacrylate adhesive and activator thereof. This adhesive is not important, the screws are important. The adhesive was used for fixing.

I appreciate your ingenuity, workmanship, and willingness to repurpose materials, but I would like to see what you could do with good wood.
A benefit to these recycled materials is they come with squared edges, and flat faces. I often use mdf over wood in my shop tool products.

Great for cutting up pallet wood. If you hit a nail, jigsaw blades are cheaper than circular or bandsaw blades! Plus they have metal cutting blades

You can always put 2 metal or aluminium strips on the underside, running parallel to the cutting blade, that solves the issue with the blade bending. I know a circular saw is way superior to a jigsaw, but there're a lot of people that can't use a circular, due to noise, space, etc.
Check Daniele Tartaglia's channel, he has a version of this cutting table with the metal strips I told you about.

Cyanacrylatkleber und Aktivator davon. Dieser Klebstoff ist nicht wichtig, die Schrauben sind wichtig. Der Klebstoff wurde zum Fixieren verwendet.

das Teil werd ich ähnlich bauen allerdings z.T. mit Blechkomponenten !! ich werde eine 3D-Konstruktion mit Inventor machen und lass Dir diese hier zukommen !!!

Question. i see from your circular saw jig that there is a wide space in the middle of the rail for the circular saw. Can't that be used for the Jigsaw jig as well so one can see the line of the piece to be cut better than just looking at them through some holes?

HOLA, NECESITO AYUDA, comencé a realizar este proyecto y me ocurrió que mi caladora, no quiso cortar derecho la tabla guía que lleva los rieles, la sierra se desvía uno o dos mm y ha sido muy frustrante, no sé que puede estar haciendo mal, quizá la caladora está mal calibrada, se tuerce un poco la sierra...
Lo más probable es que tengas razón. Intente ajustar la sierra de calar.
