Quarantine is just home quarantine and not institutional. You can go home do a rapid antigen and based on the result you can meet Mummy ji and be with her. My family just came from the US and they were just allowed to go even without a RTPCR or antigen. Wish you all the best buddy. God bless. ❤️
TD you don’t have to do a 7 day quarantine in India if you are arriving but you have to do if you are arriving from High-risk countries and Canada is not a high risk country. I also arrived India from Canada last week and they didn’t even test me on arrival and no 7 day quarantine and that too when I am a Canadian citizen with India’s OCI Card, you are even a Indian citizen. Praying for Mataji’s speedy recovery and Indian Sandra’s visa.

Here in Canada the eye injection for diabetic macular edema costs around $2400 which is covered by OHIP if patient is above 65 or private insurance if patient is below 65. But there are cheaper alternatives available. Here they recommended only 24 hours no water. I work at ophthalmologist’s office. It’s a minor procedure, we do it every day. The only precaution is no air travel for 5 days. I don’t think you need to travel urgently for this procedure.
You should stay in Canada, complete one job of getting the visa and not stress mata ji further. She’ll have to worry and take care of you since you’re basically a man-child. She’ll get better care with her sisters

Mohit bhai, I went to AIIMS in 2013 for three major surgeries of my mother's eyes. There also even at that time such monthly injections were being given to diabetic patients for treatments. Precautions must be strictly followed in such conditions. Don't worry for any thing else. God bless you

Only precaution is ....abstain water contact and bright light. Better if you go just before the second injection....hopefully Sandra's documentation will be done You can't be shuttling up down.

In most cases eye is minimal evasive procedure and can be delayed using drops if needed. It’s rarely urgent . Unless sugar is not stable .
