This is a carrier that we love for a lot of reasons: The sourcing, the history, the support of domestic industry... all great things, but the skin and hair benefits are soooo amazing, too. When formulating a good carrier blend, you definitely want to balance out the fatty acid profiles to achieve the desired end feel, while not detracting from the shelf life, or adding any strong oil smells-- and meadowfoam fits that bill so nicely. Would love to see more companies support the growers and producers of this oil!

I have been doing a lot of research online and while I have found many articles no one breaks them down on video like you. It is important that more people pay attention to what is going into their beard oil and more importantly their beards! As someone who likes to know where my ingredients come from and what is in the products I use. I recently started making my own beard oil (fragrance-free for now until I find the blend that works best for my beard). Meadowfoam seed oil is one that I decided to add to my recipe due to the fact it increases the stability of all the other oils in my blend. This ingredient is fantastic and adds viscosity like the Jamaican Black Castor oil I use but with a less heavy/wet feeling. Love the videos and can not wait to watch more of them! Keep up the great work.

I love MeadowFoam seed oil. It works really well in my beard which is now mostly gray at 46 years old. It’s like my beard now lives MeadowFoam which Bloombeards uses as top oil and I love caster oil both cost my beard hairs and my beard just feels so good

Thanks for this video, just tried the ramblin beard and balm, both were some of the best beard products I have ever used. I am a beard oil snob and usually only prefer Nicholas beard works and Luxurious, but Whiskey n Hardtack is right up there with them. I would have never given them a chance if it wasnt for this video.

I saw a whole bunch of Meadowfoam flowers this weekend on my walk..i go to this area that has trails between Cranberry bogs and large ponds and spotted these, as i got closer i realized they were flowers almost out in the middle of the water in the pond. Great to know its a great carrier oil, when i saw it on the bottle i was unsure about it cuz i didnt know much about it. I actually got Gamblin Man in today. See you tonight for MB! Pete

Miner's Beard Company uses Meadowfoam Seed oil (#3 on their list behind Argan and Jojoba). I have been debating giving them a try, but I had never heard of Meadowfoam oil. After this video, I may have to check them out. Has anyone had any experience with them?
Ill be keeping an eye out brother! Very interesting. Pairing this with some naturally extracted grapeseed oil to increase shelf life of grapeseed, might make grapeseed worth adding ? What are your thoughts on this? Nothing i own uses this ingredient! Now im not saying grapeseed isnt worth adding in general. Seems mostly American brands that use it but id love to try an oil with it at some point

Also (and this might be a tough question), if you had to choose between Meadowfoam and Rosehip in a carrier blend, which would you prefer? (I understand that they offer different benefits). I would pick meadowfoam out of those two. My top 3 is forever changing! Tough for me to say right now

Miner's Beard Company uses Meadowfoam Seed oil (#3 on their list behind Argan and Jojoba). I have been debating giving them a try, but I had never heard of Meadowfoam oil. After this video, I may have to check them out. Has anyone had any experience with them?
So teacher....what is the shelf life of our beard oils we buy? I have found myself buying more than I need.
Ill be keeping an eye out brother! Very interesting. Pairing this with some naturally extracted grapeseed oil to increase shelf life of grapeseed, might make grapeseed worth adding ? What are your thoughts on this? Nothing i own uses this ingredient! Now im not saying grapeseed isnt worth adding in general. But having a decent size collection im not sure i could finish grapeseed products in the 3-6 month period of life they generally have
