The LM and CSM do not perform an Earth orbit insertion burn. The second stage of Saturn V will get you most of the way into orbit, and the third stage will get the spacecraft into a parking orbit and perform TLI. On the way to the moon, the LM and CSM are docked together and separated from the third stage. Plus, the CM's heat shield should be pointed towards Earth during re-entry.
One possible option for the launch escape system and the SM could be to use parachutes (the only problem is that parachutes cannot be preset to automatically deploy at the specific altitude - just like KSP).
Talk about a suicidal re-entry. Try swinging around the back side of Earth on your RTE. Then do another burn to bleed some DeltaV and bring down your apoapsis. You want to bring you capsule into the atmosphere heat ablator first on a nice smooth reentry
I can do the Low Earth Orbit Part, and have the Moon encounter, what's killing me is doing the Moon Orbit, setting up the space module (the one attached to LM) then landing with LM, plus, leaving the Moon with top of LM. (leaving the bottom part on Moon) I understand that the LM has 2 parts, top and Bottom, how I make a LM so I can lift the top side to dock with Space Module along with the Command Capsule?
You could of aero broken and saved your fuel tank(the rest of your command module Aero braking is doing the same near earth move you did to the moon but the near approach must be in the planet's atmosphere. When you hit the planet's atmosphere, you will slow down no matter what the guidance system tells you

Pouyan JR Actually they can in KSP, they just have to be staged active before they are staged away from the main stack.

You actually don't land the 1st Stage, it falls in the ocean, and then some ships designed for carrying rockets take it from the ocean.
