Illmac won it, but the bars Thesaurus came with would have won 90% of other battles. Also, despite the OT being the most memorable round for "That was me!", Illmac's second is definitely his best and most replayable.

Illmaculate had better personals in general, but had horrible delivery, and really bad rhyme schemes. 1/2 of his shit didn't even rhyme throughout the battle and if you can't keep a good rhyme schemes, back out of the battle. It was just overshadowed by his enormous personals.
They were a duo in WRC, they separated obviously during GT era... So they battled here. (it's something everybody wanted to see, two legends go at it) Everybody wanted to hear them come back again, so they did 2 on 2's in written format. Every so often they will.

@SuperBuckofama i think most of thesaurus' bars were so abstractly rhymed that most people didnt catch them, he was rhyming up to 13 syllables at the beginning and there was like no filler, and that shit was like all true. Both of them had very little filler, IMO Saurus only lost OT because it was mostly jokes
Personally, I feel The Saurus won. I liked Illmac's personals but everyone over-shadowed the personal jokes that came from The Saurus. The WRC punchline regarding him saving Illmac is so true. And that Michael Jordan line was absolutely sick. All-in-all, best battle I've ever seen and both dudes killed it.
