Never knew Bogota had cool weather , appreciate the content always
Why people from United States think that everyland down ARIZONA is as hot as ARIZONA?
@ Arizona gets snow and cold weather in some cities, but we don’t know about different places until we travel
Believe me, I live in Bogotá, and sometimes around 5:00am, it can get to 5º or sometimes even 3º Celsius 😅
Just got back from there. We had sunny days and loved it there!
Awesome video. I'm here in Bogota right now. Loving this city!
Beautiful City ♥️.
Nice video of Bogota. I love the food in the Mercado. Enjoy your stay and keep warm.
Felicito a la chica que lo atendió en la pescadería, la mejor forma de representar nuestra cultura bogotana ante el mundo !🌎

@@TIANAPAEZRAMOS me tooo
Great video, thanx for sharing. I believe the citie of Tunja is in a greater altitude than Bogotá.
Bogota is amazing! Nice girls, so cheap, secure and the weather is delightful,
"Secure" 😂😂😂😂
@@yohayabusaacomparatively speaking, and as a foreigner it's even less likely to anything would happen to you. Exercising common and street sense like you would anywhere when traveling
I have family in Bogota so I’ve been to bogota many times
I study right next to where you stayed in that Airbnb. Whenever you're back in Bogotá, you're more than welcome to visit the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas!
@@JuanSanchez-rd7me hey thanks man next time I will!

ive been living here all my life, it is not better, this shit sucks, despite me being part of the "high class" of my country, i despite it so much. Im glad a brother can enjoy this hell hole.
@@ordinarypablo I can very much see how living there can be stressful. I hope you are able to leave soon
Your Spanish is very good! Where did you learn it?
TH-cam tutorials & language applications!
@@FutureFlyness I recommend You to go to Bucaramanga City is safer city than Bogotá, Medellín and Cali. Bucaramanga is a very beautifull city.
@@FutureFlyness *Colombia has it all, it's a very cheap destination for people from United States, You are a Smart guy, enjoy Colombia* Congratulations You have a high spanish level!!
@@IjRp-b2xI lived in Bucaramanga for almost 12 years.
I am so amazed that you can film there cause some people just go for your phone. Miss my home city, Bogotá ❤
@@aquavoce I was extremely cautious everywhere I filmed lol

And Cali ?
All of our cities are incredible, no matter which you choose, the only fucking problem is the insecurity.
This man in this video is exaggerating about Bogota being cold. Bogota's weather during the day is in the mid-60s to 70s, and at night the temperature drops to the 50s; this is perfect weather, in my opinion. If you think that's cold, then never go to the north of the U.S. in the winter months. Look at videos from drones of Bogota, and you'll notice most of the hotels and apartment buildings have air conditioning units on their roof tops.
@@william8236 key word that you said is IN YOUR OPINION, I’m from the north east of the US and what’s cold to me may not be cold to you or anyone else. Compared to other cities in Colombia, bogota is considered one of the coldest. I’m wearing a jacket and a hoodie and pants for a reason. Because it’s cold to me and could be for other viewers traveling here for the first time. If I could sleep with a heater on at night in bogota I would. Your opinion isn’t law
@@FutureFlyness But FACTS PROVE YOUR OPINION WRONG, It is not cold. Google "What is the daytime weather like in Bogota?" Once thought to be among the coldest, Bogota's weather has improved due to climate change and is no longer as bad as it once was. Considering that the average daily temperature in Bogota is 69°F. It's OK if your opinion is that 69°F is cold, but how in the world did you manage to live in the northeast? I spent a couple decades living in New York, and I recalled temperatures dropping below 10 °F. For me and most other New Yorkers, 69°F is considered summertime weather.
@@william8236 check the weather right now in bogota up until the same time tomorrow and tell me if it’s averaging or even at 69. The temperatures you’re talking about are not everyday and doesn’t last consistently throughout the day
@@FutureFlyness From July 16 to August 6, I visited Bogota, and every day was sunny and pleasant, during the daytime it averege around 65°F, I didn't need a jacket during the day, at night I was able to get by with just a sweater, which isn't a huge thing for me, because I really know what cold weather feels like and what hot weather feels like, Bogotas weather is perfect for me.
@@FutureFlyness According to Expedia, Bogota has 77 hotels with air conditioning, proving again with facts that Bogota is not cold,
The wall posters were protesting the attempt to ban bullfighting in Colombia. The posters and banners talked about how bullfighting provides jobs and that it is part of the culture and tradition of Colombia.
whats your top 3 favorite city to nomad in colombia?
@@MRZE506 medellin
@FutureFlyness what about the other 2? Santa marta? Barranquilla? Not into the coast?
@@MRZE506 Colombian here. It depends
Bogotá & Medellin
- Pros: better infrastructure + best places to learn spanish + Nice Weather + best restaurants
- Cons: more expensive rent + traffic + not the safest cities
Santa Marta:
- Pros: Beautiful beaches + beautiful historic center + Cheaper than cartagena
- Cons: Not the best infraestructure + hot weather + lack of civility
Barranquilla:
Pros: the business city of the Colombian coast + better infraestructure than S.M or Cartagena + kinda cheaper than Bogotá or Medellín
Cons: Expensive services + Noisy + ugly beaches + traffic + hot weather
Underrated Cities/Towns in Colombia
Manizales, Tunja, Chía, Envigado, Pereira, Bucaramanga
(Decent infrastructure, safer than main cities, quieter, cheaper, Nices weather)
@__JH_ I lived in both medellin and Santa Marta thinking of trying out barranquilla. How's the safety like? How's the night life
@@MRZE506 To be honest I think Barranquilla is a little more unsafe than Santa Marta or Medellín, but in terms of security they are very similar not a big difference, however you will be fine if you live in a good area. I feel that the nightlife is better in Medellín and it's similar in Barranquilla and Santa Marta. The Barranquilla carnival is pretty nice tho
How can I rent cheap apartments there
Try marketplace, but frankly Airb&b killed the short term rental market, long term rentals as a foreigner is not impossible but difficult to manage.
what are the women like?
@@المجرتيني nothing special
@@FutureFlyness Wrong. I was there.
he looks like bad bunny LOL duude
that type of life sux. having to "look around your surroundings" please. i would visit but never live there
You too cute to be solo traveling.
man but you are in a very ugly part of the city. Bogota is a really big ciy and has different areas. as an a friendly advice, dont be walking around that area. go to the noth of the city you will love it.
Yep keep making videos about it and you won’t like it next year🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ “Too many Americans and too expensive”. Why must people broadcast everything they do??
Man, Bogotá is a mess, take care over there. As a Colombian I used to visit that city several times but life is very difficult there, even for foreigners. Thanks for coming to our country.
bogota definitely isn't my first choice when visiting Colombia. Thanks for watching
@FutureFlyness All Colombian cities are different, I hope you have the chance to visit most of them and find the one you can fit in. Cheers!
