Dragon Form on the Wooden Dummy Dragon Set Mook Jong Wing Chun Dummy

The Wooden Dummy or Mook Jong is an exciting training tool in Traditional Kung Fu practice. The Kung Fu Wooden Dummy is popular in the Wing Chun style but is also used in many other southern schools of Kung Fu. In this video we will demonstrate How to practice the Dragon set on the wooden dummy. This Dragon form teaches closing the distance or "bridging the gap" as well as how to do some kung fu trapping and attacking techniques from the Shaolin 5-Animals style. It focuses on the techniques of Shaolin Tiger and Dragon style Kung Fu.
