Thank you for filming CDG1. It’s been years since I’ve flown through it and good to see it again. I love the satellites and architecture of T1. Love the central walkways. It shows a time when airports had character.
The effect of the clouds on the illuminated city seems so incredible to me.
Fantastic trip guys and many memorable moments along the way and Concorde at the end she still flies in my Hangar with FSX.

How did you record the radio altimeter read out at CDG from final 500 ft all the way to touch down? it's amazing ! seems like the A350-1000 inbound SIN has a quieter cabin noise over 777-300ER...

Aircraft don't always travel in a straight line directly towards their destination. There are quite a few factors that go into the determination of a route. Two of the biggest are weather and winds. When possible, airlines will take advantage of tail winds to save on fuel, even if it means the route ends of being longer in terms of miles flown.
