1) You can NOT get a medkit by any means.
2) If a family member is sick ignore them and feed them, don't put them in harm's way, special treatment etc.
3) You can't get any family members exept yourself.
4) Play as Ted (more allergies).
5) Feed yourself every other day.
6) This is related to 1) but DON'T GET ANY SUPPLIES THAT CAN BE USED AS ANY SELF CARE! (Gas mask, poison, ammo etc.)
7) You have to either get the Agents in black or cat lady ending.
8) You can't be rescued until after day 55.
9) In a fire, earthquake and events like that, you can't save anything, just skip it.
10) If you get someone at the door offering you supplies or a suitcase etc, take it.
11) Rob and make bad decisions ALL THE TIME EVERY CHANGE YOU GET.
