Cadetship is usually 18 months and it takes 2 years approx time to complete so why you're joining now as a 3rd officer. Actually I'm confused so guide me how much wiil it take exactly time to become a 3rd officer??
I waited from the office to assign me into Tanker's fleet since I wanted to gain the experience. It all depends on you on how you have envisioned your future to be.
