I can only assume that you have less blizzard casts than me. This depends on mana regen and avalanche procs. Other than that, check if you have the mystical flame shield and if you are using it close to Lilith.
@@Khetzal-NLG thanks for responding! I was able to add more stagger by adding wordly torture tempers to my gear. mystical flame shield helps too. Finally beat uber lilith yesterday :) thanks for the video!
