After a full club fight, Monika calms everyone down, and is talking to Yuri, who had originally instigated the fight, but suddenly something glitches in her code, making her extremely angry. Yuri, seeing this, runs off, warning the others, Sayori, supposedly being the closest to Monika, tries to help her, Natsuki steps in to help, only for things to get worse, Monika then becomes a little smug, firing glitches toward the girls. Yuri runs back into help the two of them, and Monika finally realizes who she is, after one last glitchburst, she passes out, and the girls are relieved that she's ok.

I imagine the story behind this is that ever since Monika was deleted and then brought back, she glitches occasionally where her memories get mixed up, and as she was talking about it to Yuri, she glitches again and her memories are now mixed to either after she was deleted or after Sayori's death, so Yuri goes off to tell Sayori to help her out, and at then Natsuki just decides that Monika won't listen to Sayori, who Monika thinks should be dead, and joins in to help clear Monika's memories.
This story is similar to the other comment about the lore for this btw.

This is pretty awesome some of covers has high pitch and low pitch which is doesn't suit to some of the covers.
But your cover is very balanced but need a little of more edits for the vocals
