The music is ear raping, despites the added ego it's sounds TERRIBLE,s in many levels the music has nothing to do with aladdin, the graphics are great and comes close to the genesis version,but the controlls are annoying, the hit detection is poor and it's manytimes hard to tell on wich platform you can stand on and wich one become parts of the background, it's also hard to tell where you're supposed to go. So it's fun for 5 minites but that's it!!!

Funny how the genie level was cut from this version, but they put Friend Like Me in the sultan palace level. Weird.
And how this version also does not have the Abu Bonus Levels.
This is a port of the NES version, which is a port of the Gameboy version, which is a port of the Sega Genesis version.
It's like the original Game Boy version but without the excellent music.

Still, until October 2019, this was the best way to play the Virgin Games version on a Nintendo Console.
Just a watered down Sega Genesis version
On a handheld device
Ptiteigne GG version was more unique and looked a lot better (except for the cutscene stills).
I haven't played the Game Gear version... actually I didn't even know there was one x)
If you had Nintendo switch, or ps5, or xbox system, you can download the Disney classic collection in the game console.
