Hello brother, how are you? I need your assistance, I have a Zkteco time attendance device MB10VL and I have installed BioTime 8.0 . IP address of PC and that of device are on the same network that I can PING well, I have assign IP address of my PC to the server address at the cloud server setting of device but the device cant connect to the software and showing yellow mark icon blinking beside the network icon. What might been a problem?

It would have been much better you start with a new device that hasn't been connected before.

Hi Ifeoluwa. I need access to firmware for ZKTeco MB560-VL. This device Time setting via BioTime pose a challenge. It does not take effect on GMT but responds on setting to either GMT-1 or GMT+1. Or advise on probable resolution.
