I love all these videos but when I live more from effortless being my daily life seems so mundane that I get dreaming again if things that are unattainable for me, in a way it feels it's better not dreaming as then you can't be dissapointed

In my experience I'm the awareness arising as this individuated self....both and. You don't have to negate yourself. That's impossible because you ARE. You're open to everything but you're seated in your own being. Both states/realities co exist.
