We have to follow constant VSWR circle. Whatever is the impdedance value at intersection, that we have to choose. Here in this particular case it might be near to ZL.

Why you have solved 2 times by taking value of d 2 times and taking values of l(short circuit) and l(open circuit) 2 times??
