Hi I plan to file an onshore partner migration for my wife. I am a permanent resident of Australia. My wife is planning to visit me on a tourist visa. I am aware that if there is a 8503 NO FURTHER STAY CONDITION on your tourist visa then one cannot file a on-shore partner migration. But I wish to know sometimes they end up putting a condition which states that max permissible stay period is three months. Does that also fall under No further stay condition? Because at times they dont attach a clause to it. Will I be allowed to apply for partner visa with this clause? Please help!
