Certain people are more easily focused in certain environments and having a cluttered workspace when your mind is already cluttered can feel overwhelming. Cleaning out your space has been proven to help ease and clear tension in the mind. Everyone’s workspace can be minimal, they’ll just have to find storage to put their utensils and keep the table clear.
