    Explanations of specific features, claims:
IPS technology displays provide wide viewing angles of 178/178 degree, making it possible to view the display from almost any angle, as opposed to TN panels.
    UltraNarrow Border
The new Philips displays feature ultra-narrow borders which allow for minimal distractions and maximum viewing size. Especially suited for multi-display or tiling setup like gaming, graphic design and professional applications, the ultra-narrow border display gives you the feeling of using one large display.
    LowBlue Mode
Studies have shown that just as ultra-violet rays can cause eye damage, shortwave length blue light rays from LED displays can cause eye damage and affect vision over time. Developed for well-being, Philips LowBlue Mode setting uses a smart software technology to reduce harmful shortwave blue light.
    EasyRead mode
EasyRead mode for a paper-like reading experience (It's just grayscale)
    Flicker-free technology
Due to the way brightness is controlled on LED-backlit screens, some users experience flicker on their screen which causes eye fatigue. Philips Flicker-free Technology applies a new solution to regulate brightness and reduce flicker for more comfortable viewing.

Yep, looks like it. One thing I noticed after about a month of use: this screen has a relatively strong blue tint when viewed from the side by more than 45deg (no problem if you sit in front of it, only if you look at it from another corner of the room it's weird)

Good review :) How would you rate the sharpness and quality of the display at FHD with 27"? Do you think 1440p would be better for such size ?

I have bought the same monitor and the sharpness and quality are more than adequate for what I use it for (a secondary monitor to play movies on). I sit rather close to it as well.

gile I got one 2 weeks ago. Almost no bleeding or clouding at all. There is some bleed at the bottom but it is only like 3pixels wide and 1-2 pixels high. Can’t notice is when using the monitor. Also tried to take a picture but I can’t get it on camera.

You would think that Netflix would be able to display images properly with standard HD, and that 3 inches wouldn't make a difference. Nope, it's just like watching in QHD, Ridiculous. Not the monitor's fault, but Netflix image compression? Or something. Soild monitor for the price though. Speaker's are weak, but still useful for gaming if you want to be quite Lol. Sharpe and not to overally bright. Has 4 gamma settings, highly recommended if you can find one under 170$
