Dan, I really admire your work ethic. Please, please wear a mask when you are doing some of these dirty jobs. My late dad was so similar to you. He, like you, could turn his hand to almost anything. Like you, he rarely wore a mask when workng in a dusty environment, spraying paint, exposure to diesel fumes, etc. Sadly he developed Ideopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, which left him increasingly debilitated and eventually led to his death a few years ago. It is a cruel disease for which there is no cure. In a short space of time, Dad went from a fit and active man to an invalid, struggling to draw a breath. Medical experts have linked it to exposure to dust, breeding birds, diesel , smoking etc, amongst other substances. It was too late for Dad but please take the necessary precautions now.
Suggestion: Dan you need to start wearing a mask so that you are not breathing in all that dust when sweeping out those spaces! Save your lungs so you can enjoy the fruits of your labour later in life! Concerned viewer. 🇨🇦

truth, n95 masks are MUCH easier to find now than last year, no excuses.

You don't feel it, but dust, sawdust etc can bring on sarcoidosis, if you are repeatedly exposed to it.
As a nurse I totally agree he needs to protect his lungs when clearing up 🇦🇺
Dust mask and deci-dampers or something to protect your hearing when using power tools. Protect yourself at home and work.
