It isn't just the way they "land', but it's how they fade away...
I generally avoid Feldman's early works, when he felt constrained to wake us up with a loud bang now and then. This lovely piece seems to presage his later phase, when everything was consistently quiet. This is beautiful.
Extraordinary version of this moving, moving piece. Bravo to both of you.
beautiful interpretation
Although very quiet and calm, this mini (master)piece very definitely makes it presence powerfully felt.
The ending is everything
Thank you very much. Love Feldman, love the artwork. Keep up with the good work.
Oh hell yes.

so drak...
I made a lot of efforts for about four ecades but definitely I have some basic objections against the minimalist repetitive art. But I respevt ther composers, needless to say.
If you sit down with the score you will immediately notice how complex and subtle this music is
@@translucent. Yes of course I know this score, as many orther scores both by Feldman and other répétitive/minimalist American composers. I do not doubt o,e second of Feldman artistic sincerity and my opinion should not be understood ads a personal criticism. yes, the se core appears complex at the fist glace. But id you make a serious analysis of it, you can se that the compositional principles are indeed quite simple.
@@gerardbegni2806 thanks for joining me in discussion. i meant sitting down to play it. it's not a simple thing, neither repetitive nor minimalist, and requiring intense concentration. failure is always just around the corner :)
