New OG is great and would describe them as way more professional. However; I also dig the voice of the old singer, he sounds like a drunk story teller with problems , sitting at a bar while dying at the same time. Combined with the melodic guitars which doesn't fit at all. Imo pure art, loved the old stuff :D
They should re-record the whole debut album with Jukka on vocals now when the band has instrumentally improved. Writhen and Perfumed Garden would sound sick.

I haven't heard their 2001 Wastrel demo, but the version on the 2002 Steal the Light EP is one of my favorite MDM songs of all time and probably my favorite Omnium Gatherum song.

The first version of this song first got me interested in OG when I bumped into it on youtube in 2009. I like this one too.

I liked their original singer more. Olli Lappainen in gardens, temples.. this hell was amazing.
