7:50 I never caught that someone did, in fact, say the answer. Nice catch by Jeff. Also, what a perfect thing Arcade Pit was for GB. A shame it wasn't renewed for more episodes.
I knew early on that this project would be movie-length in total (and the scope grew from around 90 minutes to 2 hours along the way), so I did these at a lower resolution from the start to save on storage space. Whenever I've announced and described this series elsewhere, I'll try to get the 480p part out of the way early to let people know what they're getting into, but it does end up getting more buried in the TH-cam descriptions. I hope that despite the video quality my editing choices will still hold up. I did edit and export these at 60fps at first, inspired by how the Mario Galaxy games still look good on Wii, in part thanks to the high framerate. It wasn't until posting the first two episodes that I learned the hard way TH-cam doesn't allow 60fps for 480p video for some reason, which is why the August 2021 scrolling Twitter thread looks especially rough. So I had to redo the rest in 30fps. I plan to make the 60fps versions available off Google Drive after the last episode goes up.

Love these, please keep them coming! However, whats up with the quality? Even 8h after release i only get 480p video?!
