you guys are the best. as someone who's been producing just over 2 years, you guys are always putting great insights, tips, tools, and most importantly inspiration into my YT stream. thanks for that!
I love listening to discussions like this, I can just walk around my house with my phone in my pocket listening. Ive been saying for months I'm going to make a track with Just stock plugins, And now my next track WILL be just stock.
For the first tip about consistency - of course it’s important to have fun and enjoy what you’re doing, while finding the balance of doing regular consistent work - but it’s also important to do the boring stuff too, sample organisation, track note collation (who else has pads and notebooks scrawled on and piling up?), hard drive clean up, computer maintenance.... all that exciting stuff - don’t put it off or you’ll find yourself in a swamp of disorder with a messy, struggling computer!
2:48 Luca sounds like he was talking about sex if you took it out of context😂 All seriousness though, that vid was pretty good and motivational. Big ups!

What are few plugins youd recommend to learn first? Other than serum
If I could go back and put on blinders to all plugins from the beginning...😳
How many samples is 'normal' in a sample library? 100? 1000? 10000?

haha! You'd hope 'finishing' is a bit less confusing than it can be in music production though...
