    Wait Ai can't replace artisits? writers? architects? What about ChatGPT? Midjourney? This is just the begging. Until recently, everyone thoroughly disbelieved that an Ai could draw. But today we are amazed how midjourney creates arts.

      AI has already surpassed the capabilities of the human brain in some regards, but this is just the beginning. Developers are striving to imbue AI with emotions and they have made significant progress. In the near future, when OpenAI and Microsoft collaborate, we can expect developments that will surpass our current imagination

      ChatGPT and Midjourney are true game changers in their respective fields. ChatGPT, as the name suggests, is an AI language model that can write anything for you - be it answering questions, generating creative writing, or even composing poetry. On the other hand, Midjourney is an AI art generator that can produce stunning visual creations at the click of a button. Both ChatGPT and Midjourney demonstrate the incredible potential of AI technology, and they are truly mind-blowing in their capabilities. Whether you need a writing companion or an artistic boost, ChatGPT and Midjourney are here to help

    I actually disagree pretty much on all jobs listed. I am sure in the future many of those jobs can be replaced by AI. Those are all sevice jobs, so can be replaced. Sure AI has no sense of taste, but it can keep to instructions. It can have sensors to determine chemicals. Creativity is an issue, but many things are actually based on a formula especially in writing, music etc. Also whole movies could be generated by AI, without needing actors, writers, etc etc.

    • @Slicer1475
      @Slicer1475 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Agreed. As long as the program that is input is meant to tailor specifically to one thing/job, it'll do that job better for the most part. Anything that involves empathy, emotion or feelings though, than yeah AI can't replace those jobs fully. They can take up some aspects of them though.

    The fashion designer one is questionable. Have you seen the crap; and yes I mean crap, that has been released lately?
    Edit: interior design and social worker as well. My wife is a social worker, and the amount of corruption is why she's having a personal conflict with wanting to stay in the program. She loves helping families and children, but when the personal agenda of the judges, other social workers and healthcare professionals that are involved with the process get in the way and screw over a lot of people and don't have the desired effect because some families literally only do what they need to do to look good on paper get pushed through the system. Power trips, personal gain and monetary gain are a driving factor for most social workers. But the moral factor should be the first and foremost important.

    • @kimhohlmayer7018
      @kimhohlmayer7018 ปีที่แล้ว

      But on the flip side an AI would be too rigid. It would be almost impossible to program all the variables that tells a social worker the very things you brought up. An AI at least for the moment can’t tell the difference between parents going through the motions versus parents genuinely interested in change and improving their and their children’s lives.

    • @Slicer1475
      @Slicer1475 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@kimhohlmayer7018 you just can't cancel one of the other out. But from what I've seen and heard through the child protective services, a lot of people let the power go to their heads and they abuse a lot of people because of it. And the bad thing is, they know what the hell they're doing and admit it. My wife's sister worked as a CPS. She got sick of seeing it herself and them not caring enough because there were so many cases. It's disgusting what a small amount of power can do to a person.

    • @cherstuff20
      @cherstuff20 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Slicer1475 I work in social services like your wife. AI wouldn't bring our care, but the services really need checks and balances for the corruption. If people with power had to answer for their questionable decisions, things might be better. AI might help with that, but not the relationship building parts

    Calibration technician. While it could provide insight on the job...it would default and say its fellow machine a transmitter setup to measure pressure (per se) is in fine shape when in fact it needs adjustments to bring things into better alignment with established tolerances. Other instruments some times need a slight adjustment to bring it closer to but not quite fully to a 0.0 deviation from the standard measurement.

    AI can do CPR to an extent... we do use a "Lucas" Device which does chest compressions. However this has limits and still requires humans to supervise it's use.
    I do not think though that my job will be replaced until they find a way to test your blood and chemistries without blood... And I'd like to see a robot try to draw 1/2 the patients that I do. Now yes many of the tests can be performed by machines... however IMO you still need someone knowledgeable and competent to interpret and report the results... and to insure both accuracy and precision. Fairly sure my job is secure for the rest of my lifetime.

    I am a mom and no ai can't do my job. I am also in therapy and while AI might be able to replace my psychiatrist it can't replace my psychologist because it it not human. As to doing a lot of these artistic jobs it definitely has the potential but it runs into a problem when it can only be trained on and has access to things in the public domain. Writers, actors and artists are fighting back as AI is being trained on these people's work and thus its creators are in violation of copyright laws. AI is only as gooe as it's programming and without the use of a lot of work created by humans it just sucks.

    A computer is only as smart as its programmer.
    I think of the midwife and pediatrician entry and think of this scene from a Futurama episode where this monstrous robot was holding a baby saying, "I have replaced your mother. Sleep now."
    Yeah, people with Alexas, Siris, and Google Homes will be the first to go in the robot uprising.
    Most of these seem to be related to human interaction. What would be the implications for society if humans only had jobs related to human interaction? IMO we may be a more close knit society.

    The Clergy Bot could be programmed to recite the readings and they could write a cermon, and programmed not to touch children.
    A Councillor would be more difficult, the default answet might be OedipusComplex
    They're one dimensional enough to do PR.
    The Art and Chef ones I would agree with, they couldn't replicate taste, emotion and be able to change quick enough if and when needed.

    It makes sense that robots/A.I. won't be able to replace therapists, psychiatrists, midwives, doctors, & social workers? Because a large portion of people in these professions can barely do their job properly. In my experience (mainly with therapists, psychiatrists, doctors, & social workers) the only reason why these individuals are "qualified" for their profession is that they have a piece of paper that states they were able to memorize what they read. I realize some are actually good at these professions, but a lot of them (especially therapists & psychiatrists) seem to have this complex that just because they have a piece of paper that states they answered the questions on the test correctly. They know everything, they're always right, & the patient doesn't know what they're talking about. And when it comes to therapists & psychiatrists the majority of them take it one step further - they know what's best for you, they know more about you than you do, & even though they just meet you while you've lived in your mind & body your entire life. You don't know what's best for you or how you think, feel, respond to things, ect... And if you disagree with them you're just being either defiant or defensive because you know that they're right, but don't want to accept it. And I've noticed the younger you are. The likelihood of having that issue with a therapist or psychiatrist seems to happen more frequently. Especially from ages 11 to 17 when a lot of kids start speaking up for themselves & disagreeing. Unfortunately the majority of all age groups have the mentality that if someone has a degree in something that person automatically knows more than you perfect example are teachers & the professions I listed. Remember kids anyone can read, memorize, & copy. The sign of true intelligence is being able to take the knowledge you've learned & build upon it (but don't be arrogant) no matter how much you know or think you know about a subject there's always someone who might know one thing in that subject that you don't.

    AI will replace many more jobs than it creates, continuing the erosion of the middle class (at least in America). Just like many new technologies beforehand. It's free labor for large companies. Why on earth would they want to pay 10 people to do the job that one person can with Ai assistance. There's going to be whole industries of people whose degrees become worthless in the next decade before they ever pay their student loans off. The notion of enough new jobs being created to mediate the loss just feels like propaganda. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems like this will only create a greater social and economic divide as these things become more prevalent.

    For me as a AC systems mounter- AI will never complete the task. But they should get on major part of your LIST25. aclually there is only few a things, AI could not complete in future.
