After watching this video, I was actually able to replace the deck belt on my 72" Exmark. Thank you!

Thanks. Useful video. I’ve got 500 plus hours on my belt, will be replacing this week. Subscribed.

Thanks for the video. This helped a lot. It took a couple of tries but I got it on. I would recommend using gloves so your fingers don't get pinched.

I can’t get the belt under the tensioner wheel. There is a bolt head underneath. So I have not figured out how to get it around the tensioner pulley yet. Help 😢

My deck setup is a little different from the video in that I had to remove a nut and washer and move a brace out of the way. But other than that it was a breeze to follow the video and install the new belt. The last time I did it - more than 5 or 6 years ago I didn't have this video and I think it took me half the day trying to figure out how to move the idler!

If the belt ends up with a slight twist in it, how do you fux that? Do you have to take the belt off or is there a way to get the twist out without taking the belt off? Thanks.

Hi thanks 4 the video, would you mind giving me the model # of your mower, my deck belt covers are quite different, I'd like to try to see if I can convert to your style covers?
    Tks again

The belts have a thick and a thin side, you don't express which side to put on first.

What a bitch it is to put one on by yourself. I had to get a helper. Trying to roll it on the pully while pulling the belt is a bit hard. Exmark needs to go back to the drawing board on this. The old units, I can put one on in 5 minutes or less. If the drive belt comes off, better have the jack handy

I pulled the tensioner itself. It worked easy

Now I see why you didn’t actually show putting the belt on. After much blaspheming, still don’t have the mf on.
