I wouldn't be so sure. Kitboga's own less advanced AI has managed to not only keep the scammers busy but actually at one point get personal information (if not actual bank details) out of the scammers.

I think they would hang up on Evil because she wouldn't allow them to make any progress.
Neuro on the other hand, she might agree to follow their instructions which would string them along for a few moments as they take her step by step on how to install anydesk.
