This week's build is a kind of minimal desert family modern built on Granada Place in the ever neglected world of Oasis Springs. This home has an open concept floor plan with a beautiful view of back yard, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Your creativity was on overdrive with this fantastic build. Love the way you made the flower pots from chairs 👌🏼and in the children’s bedroom the “bookcase” above the desk made from side tables. Such a lovely modern home with a homely feel. Love the choice of plants they go so well with the straight lines of the house 🪴. The garden n Both bathrooms and not to forget the wardrobe in the master bedroom ... wauw ... thank you for sharing your great designs n tricks and the lovely mini story. 😘

I lived in the high desert in Cali for many years and there is such an underrated beauty in the desert like the vast open sky & the sunsets .I am happy to have experienced it.

Immensely cool and superb ideas, as usual. Love the new planter. Love your pool with the side vase fountain. I wonder if the shower could have a down slope in the middle for the drain water from 4 sides. I don't think it is possible because of the floor and the tile connection. I also wonder if there is a tile you could use that would be like a scratch pebble for the shower bed.
