Hey, I hope you are feeling better. What's a go to remedy for colds that you use in France? I like to hear from people of other countries, there's always something new to learn. I used ginger, tumeric and lemon tea, with oregano oil. Also, raw garlic.
@@BleuBowtie Hi bluBowie 👋 this is exactly what I am using! I drink a lot of thym tea, lemon with ginger mixed with bit of crushed garlic and honey. I drink it VERY hot, it makes me sweat a lot. After 3 cup today, I feel much better.

Love offers powerful healing - use it unconditionally. Many will suggest you should swear or direct hatred toward that part of self…recognise it is still self or a loved one at the cell core. 🥰
