Just a side note. Kenya prisons should be able to help inmates get in touch with family members. Just saw one where a guy went to hustle only to be arrested for a false rape attempt. Spent 5 years in prison without contact, was released, and wasn't able to go home for another five years probably out of shame. He was later tracked after the show aired and a viewer recognized him where the family found him in Samburu. Anyway, after all said and done your parents will forgive you if you screw up. Running away to replace what was lost will take time. Now your father died (saw in 2018) and I believe you were going to find money to repay. You will not get closure on whether he forgave you. Just go home to your wife and kids and especially your mother who needs you.
