This definitely belongs in the conversation, but there are so many good ones that each make a good argument for the best cover.

I think he can see he's producing liquid gold when he looks over to a band mate and just smiles uncontrollably. This is musical genius, simple, yet intricate; technically perfect, yet clings on to this rubato messy feel that makes you fall even deeper in love with the music.
