it looks GREAT! I've never seen anyone paint like this so far (just getting into airbrushing) I'm familiar with hr giger but didn't know this is how he uses the airbrush. it's very technical. how did you learn to use the airbrush like this? or was it from just experimenting?
Just experentmenting man...everything I've learned so far is from testing different styles...now I've watched other airbrush videos and picked up a few things..but you can learn so much more duplicating another artists work...
@@monniebrentart8842 yep just like i learned some new things from bing watching your giger videos. originally i was going to use the airbrush for making monster eyes glow, lightning, fire, and spatter textures over acrylics ...but now i have another reason. thank you for sharing :)
Hey man, I've just discovered your channel today after doing some research into Giger. I've been airbrushing for about a year now so I have still so much to learn. It wasn't until recently I learnt that Giger used an airbrush, so I think that this is gonna be a good place for me to really push myself forward, and given the lack of actual videos of him working on his paintings, your videos give a great insight into how it can be done. Can't help but feel a little bit envious that you beat me to it lol but to be honest I'm glad you've made something that I can learn from. Thanks mate, subbed 👍
Thank you for watching and yes learning giger's work is probably the best decision I have ever made to help me advance as an artist...the guy is a genius... I am taking a few months off to finish a couple of portraits but ill have another video out soon....
