I don't think it is something you can switch, for example to Sport or Normal mode, which is available on some other cars. From Owner's Manual: "Eco Driving Indicator Light During Eco-friendly acceleration (Eco driving), Eco Driving Indicator Light will turn on." "The function can be reset by pressing the “ENTER” switch for longer than 1 second when the average fuel consumption is displayed."
