I love how she has important pieces that tell you about her heritage and culture without overshadowing the husband's presence...if you come to my flat you will get that an African person lives there without taking away from that I live in England lol.

Even though it is attractively decorated this apartment speaks of the family wo lives there. The little boy's room is fun but also reassuring and a reminder of his mom's love for him.
The Buy Nothing and Mutual Aid groups are the BEST!!! I asked some people for the gift of their time to assist me with a storage facility move out and gave away a lot of good things for that help. Saved me!

God that whole area was OLD TRAIN DUMP, So happy the city has built it up the years.
Long Island City is one of the BEST places to live in New York. Beautiful skyline views, lots of great places to eat and drink, terrific park areas. It so quiet and only one subway stop away from Manhattan.
