That was all mind boggling Fox God 'coincidence' stuff - and that was just us. It must have been an even more mind-boggle for you! I compiled the fan cam footage with this video and edited it into a chronologically correct video of the whole concert - th-cam.com/video/zthGYiS5JNE/w-d-xo.html . Maybe you'll spot yourself again! Always wondered who the guy was doing the...well, almost doing the backflip! Now we know! 🦊🤘🤘🦊
I always thought the guy doing the front flip might be Japanese because of the Japanese flag on the left side of the circle. Hahaha...your brother never imagined that his front flip would be seen by nearly 20 million people all over the world. And that live will continue to be seen by more people. BabyMetal, The three girls always remember the reaction of the crowd that day. And you are part of BabyMetal's iconic history.
LOL I was there. My mate - hey who the hell are babymetal Me - no idea bro Guy behind us - i hear they are a bunch of Japanese kids. My mate- wtf are they doing here? All of us looking about shrugging our shoulders. Then they came on and played BMD we were all standing with our jaws open stunned at what we were watching, then gimme chocolate and still we were stuck in that wtf moment, then they blasted into catch me if you can and the whole place went mental and down the foxhole we all tumbled.🦊 ps there was over 55 thousand at the gig the official figures were 45 but nobody ever asks the 10000 Satan Slaves if they have tickets lol
It was 60K people attending this Sonisphere Festival 2014, massive. The girls will always remember this turning point on their career, good to see your tears of joy remembering this. They weren't actually nervous or with anxiety, they were more like curious and surprised because of the crowd and see how they would react to their songs. Oh and definitely bring back your bro and family altogether to watch this, it'll be fun. Kitsune up! 🦊🤘❤️
I love how confident they were with this! You can see it on their faces! Just walked out there and stole the show! 🤘 I'll see what I can do with the family 💯
@@GOTGames a good idea would be to have one of the more recent songs to react to with them and at the end of that have them react to this without saying anything (if they have not already seen this vid) and see if they remember it themselves. Keep up the good work man ❤
Great! & thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。 The first in the morning, a deep bow with full respect from BM's homeland to the eyewitness of Sonisphere 2014 in their second home. The title is "Ijime Dame Zettai". The phrase "Dame Zettai (= No absolutely)" is originated from police campaign against illegal drugs which had started in 1960s. So this song implies that "Ijime (= bullying)" is considered as harmful and addictive as illegal drugs. We have to continue our efforts at home and in school (and in any society or organization or group in the world) to eliminate it. Last year, in each and ever shows of 10 BABYMETAL Budokan concerts, Su sang IDZ with her matured voice and Moa danced with more encouraging moves synchronized with Momoko avenger . It was probably their message to the current world. Ahem! I am an eyewitness of 9 shows out of 10.
Babymetal is always an emotional experience but this gets me every time. My favorite band singing a song against bullying. I was bullied mercilessly for 5 years in high school so this song is special for me. Who would have thought that there would ever be a song like this from such a unique band that always manages to connect emotionally with fans.
I’ve watched this live version so many times and thought about how many times I laughed about that dude doing the front flip and falling on his back. Laughing in the best way! That’s crazy it’s your brother. I always wondered if that dude thought he was awesome for being in the beginning of the live video. Well hopefully he finds out soon! Great reaction
Hello again, my friend!! I need to stress again the insane way your reactions are so absolutely spot on with the way Babymetal has affected me. Growing up as an 80's baby in the states, being in several local bands going back all the way to the age of 12, and living in a rural community where everyone knows everyone, the hair-bands were considered metal, but i always had my true love for real heavy metal. Unfortunately, I wore my cassette collection out by myself because the majority of my peers didn't get it. The ones that did were not my "class" of people, meaning they were always starting trouble, having run-ins with the law, and were basically houligans, so I enjoyed my metal on my own time, and wished that people would understand that heavy metal is just another genre like any other, and good people can absolutely enjoy some good headbanging from time to time!!!! Now I'm almost 50 years old, 2 daughters in their 20's, respectable career, etc.etc., and have found a true peace in everything i've seen babymetal!! Maybe it's a midlife crisis, maybe it's just reminiscance, or maybe it's the fact that these japanese girls that are humble, intelligent, extremely devoted to their art, and their positive messages are resonating through distorted amplifiers that are shared with some of the absolute best musicians I've ever heard, that a part of me can just kick back, enjoy the show, put both of my middle fingers up and say "here is your proof.....heavy metal isn't only enjoyed by assholes.......you judgemental assholes!!" LOL... As always, great job man!! Maybe we will both get a chance to see Su rock a stage through our now educated, appreciative eyes!!!!! Until next time!!!
You're awesome my friend! I completely understand, the world of metal has a way of making you feel like an outcast, festivals and gigs you feel like you're with your family. I think because metal music isn't played on major TV or radio and seems to be unpopular for some reason and associated with negative things. But you need to look no further than this community to realise how much love is here! Much love to you as well for being awesome!! 🤘❤️
Thank you for the wonderful reaction At this time, Babymetal was the first appearance at an overseas metal festival. British rock festivals are famous for their radicality And metal enthusiasts are also famous for being conservative Many metal enthusiasts don't like girls playing metal. In fact, the organizer also received a threatening message We Babymetal fans were afraid to appear But they showed a great performance Fascinated the audience Some of the spectators were planning to throw plastic bottles at them. But they turned it into a cheer The teenage girls went up to the stage without fear And Babymetal showed us a lot of sights we've never seen before. PS. The choreography of Yui Metal and More Metal during the guitar solo The sounds of two guitars are expressed by the body at the same time. Every movement of Babymetal has meaning Please enjoy that area as well
That was fun - great reaction, definitely one of the best reactions to this song and performance. Absolutely yes, get your brother in for another reaction. Also yes, they were shouting for "One more song" and "We want more" at the end. There were 4 more songs before this one ... maybe more reactions to those will jog your memory.
Been recommending this since you did Gimme Choco so very glad to see you getting there....except now it turns out that you were actually there a few years before me as far as seeing Babymetal goes! Love it! The Fox God works in really mysterious and weird ways! I'd often heard it said that Babymetal sold more merch that weekend than any other band - and now we know where at least one t-shirt went! 🦊🤘🤘🦊Su said in an interview with NHK Tokyo TV a couple of years ago that this was her favourite career moment, seeing the crowd response at the end of 'IDZ' and knowing Babymetal had been accepted by the Metal fans outside of Japan.
Oi Mate! Would love to see you, your Brother & Father doing a live commentary on this Babymetal experience! Maybe your Old Man/Lil Brother really loved them, & might have Great things to say about them. Either way, it would be an awesome show to see you & family together live on your channel! Cheers!
Agreed! You should also check out or react to (type) "babymetal sonisphere 2014 full concert" people have clipped together fancams. See if you and your family are in any other clips. Your brother is very lowkey famous.
Wait what? You've been there? And your family too? 🤯 And we all thinking you knew nothing about them lol Well nothing else to say, you already know what happened there, just in case there's a full fancam compilation with the whole show. Check it out and share with us if you want. See you next time and kitsune up 🦊🤘🔥
In this classic IDZ performance you get a bit of everything: Kami Band shredding, Su power vocals, Su's hyper extended elbow, Moa and Yui backing vocals, dancing, and a Yui tutu malfunction. The title takes an iconic Japanese anti-drugs slogan "Mayaku, Dame, Zettai" (Absolutely no drugs) and uses it against bullying substituting Ijime (bullying or abuse) for Mayaku (drugs). In the two years before this concert BM had worked hard to transform themselves from an idol group, just singing and dancing to backing tracks, into a metal band capable of performing live in concert. The Kami Band had been formed and integrated into the performances and they had played several Japanese festivals and done the Legend concerts in preparation for touring. After that BM were getting good buzz and they were invited to perform at Sonisphere, a big UK metal festival at Knebworth, as part of their first European tour. They were nervous because the UK crowd was notoriously tough and weren't expecting such a large crowd, but by the end of their 30 min set they had won them over completely. IDZ was their finale. It's the moment that critics and the international audience realized that BM were a legitimate headlining band and not just a gimmick. It was also a complete vindication of Koba's vision and everyone's hard work and I think you can see that in Su's smile at the end.
Thats awesome. You forgot for a reason. You aappreciated even more. You were able to genuine reaact to babymetal in these past months with all of us in your channel.
Great Memory to have. And that's why I love going to concerts. You never know when something like this will happen. All part of why Babymetal are living legends.
I promise you that if I was there I would never forget about it 😁 But good reaction anyway and don't worry, some songs destroy me emotionally. Basically "No Rain No Rainbow" and "Akatsuki" unfinished... but they are kinda soft ballads... oh, and the whole "Legend S" concert because a totally different reason. But this is an important song with an important message, perfectly executed in a very important moment of their history. The relevance of this performance (and the whole set) is so huge. "Ijime, Dame, Zetai" or "IDZ" is technically their second song ever according to their live performances but they decided to release it way later probably because it's straight power metal... -ish. And what happened at the Sonisphere 2014 (I'm very jealous right now by the way) was a real act of justice. Some call this the "Sonisphere miracle" but it isn't. They totally deserved it. They worked so hard to walk off that stage leaving the crowd chanting for more. It's plain simple and I totally love the way it all turned out. See you next time!
Great reaction. This is my favorite performance of this song. It’s like watching my kid nieces up on stage kicking ass and you can’t help but feel proud of them. It’s time to check out BabyMetal In The Name Of Legend S 🦊
@@paulbenwell3560 exactly! I don’t have kids but one of my nieces looks like Yui-Metal and I get the same emotional connection with BabyMetal as I do with my nieces
2 Day’s after that festival Babymetal played to a sold out concert at the Forum in London and in November that year sold out concert at Brixton academy. You can buy the blu ray dvd online. It’s amazing.
I've watched a LOT of babymetal and I keep coming back to this one. Once you know the 'lore' and history of babymetal and how old they were at the time doing their first major concert outside of Japan, bumped to the main stage and the fierceness of the UK crowd. Add in the message of the song and their epic performance with the full Kami band going nuts. It's just a triumph and I was barracking/rooting for the them through the entire song. Just epic... Enjoyed your react and just.. how good is babymetal.. created their own genre.. how many bands can say this? They will be acknowledged one day for just how amazing they are.. production, musicianship, crowd control, sheer dominating presence on stage of 16 yr olds.. seriously well written songs.. it just goes on...
Man, that's AMAZING! Being there at that point in time of the start of greatness. I had the chance to be captured on a few BM fan cams and its always fun and emotional seeing yourself at one of their shows just brings back the feels. Please get your brother to come on and do a reaction, The ONE would love to see that. This was a great reaction. BABYMETAL FOREVER 🤘🤘🤘
First off, this has got to be the most awesome reaction I have ever watched. I truly love it..and will save this for many many more viewings. Your reaction is totally insane on so many levels. I envy anyone who was in Sonisphere 2014 and saw the girls kill the cynical crowd, let alone someone who was IN the main circle pit! Gaadaang, what a story to tell your grandkids! Another thing, I have always wondered who these lucky souls who preserved their stupidly funny backflips for generations of viewers to relish and laugh at! LOL. And one of them was your brother! More stories for rhe grandkids :) Finally, IDZ S2014 is my favorite live perfromance of Babymetal because it just opens the tear valves of just about anyone, .. maybe this is THE Babymetal song to which the most number of reactors shed tears. I can't count how many times I did. Just seeing their little innocent faces give it all, like their lives depended on this performance.. I feel like I'm rooting for a little fierce queen and her 2 angelic princesses battling a fire-breathing dragon and slay it convincingly. This video and your reaction will never get old.
When you are at a concert, you are on concert time and feeling concert vibes. You aren't really in an analyst mode, you are just feeling the music. BM was very new to the west, so it makes sense you don't remember the band especially since there was also a language barrier.
BEST REACTION EVER! I have seen that peformance SO many times and the guy doing the back flip but this has now added a whole new layer. I love not merely you were there, and that we can see you, but it was YOUR BROTHER doing that flip. Oh man happy days. Oh and I found out 4 of my friends were there for it (they however are not really BM fans sadly).
Babymetal owes its origins to Suzuka, and to a talented producer who noticed her talent in her early years. She is good even among adult singers, but among children she was a miracle. No girl could vocal belting so well. This style of singing is generally not characteristic of children.
What a great emotional "deja vu" reaction. I can understand the strong emotional impact of participating in an event and years later realizing the historical significance of that performance for Babymetal. Being there and vaguely remember watching three tiny teenage Japanese girls singing in Japanese. Only to discover eight years later, you were there at the moment which arguably launched their meteoric rise to international metal royalty. 😊🦊
You were at the international breakout of Babymetal AND they broke open the door for Japanese Rock/Metal Bands at the same time. Both the British and Japanese music press went nuts. Question?? How did 3 teenage girls conquer the metal world? Their band merchandise outsold all other bands at Sonisphere!! Su is 16 and Yui and Moa are 15, Su won't be 17 until December. There are numerous video interviews post-Sonisphere with 3 very calm girls with nervous, awed reporters trying very hard to understand, LOL. Add me to the crowd of the jealous ones, you were where we wanted to be in July 2014!!
I know this is an old reaction but I still wanted to comment.. I wasn't there and I'm not a BM fan but everytime I watch them perform this song I cry.. I can't explain why.. it's just beautiful
Man, just chiming in to say that this was the best reaction I've seen to Babymetal in probably forever. It really shows how honest you are and how much you truly enjoy the group when it brings emotions to the surface like this. It really resonates with some of us, seeing as many of us viewers felt similar things when we first discovered BM... rekindling those feelings is why we watch reactions in the first place. So never change and never be sorry for feeling, it's something you should treasure and people watching this know that better than most.
Now you can say, I was at the BabyMetal concert. Notable performances on the concert if you want to check: Tales of the Destinies, Red Night Tokyo Dome Concert. This song only performed ONCE ever here. The most complex song, prog metal as tribute to Dream Theater. On the performance, this song and The One were back to back song. The only YT video is video with watermark and audio only video.
Wow!!! Another excellent reaction video! That is so cool you were there. I first saw this video about 3 or 4 years ago and always wondered who the guy was that did the flip hahaha. When you watch a video over and over you tend to notice the little details. I comment every BABYMETAL reaction you do and every time I tell you to do " The One" the official music video. You will cry on that one too! I know you'll eventually get to it😁. Keep doing what your doing bro, greetings from Chicago USA!!!
Good reaction, no worries. 🙂 Their are a good chunk of the Babymetal fans who were not ready to become a fan at first time seeing them in a video. Ahh, fun gimmick or whatever and years later they see something Babymetal again and then become a fan. So you are not alone. A bunch of fans it would be they needed to first go through some personal growth to become open minded enough to really listen and recognize the qualities.
The thing that amazing me every time that I see this video beside Su's incredible voice. It is that even tho Yui's costume is falling apart, she remains calm and continues like the professional she is.
Great react again Kitsune and what a great song and performance!! Simply and absolutely Amazing! The performance that changed the world around Babymetal! No more words! See you at the next! 🤟🏻🦊🔥🔥🔥🇯🇵
Don't worry, I don't remember much either, even though I loved BABYMETAL so much that I went through all the trouble of getting tickets, and even managed to get to the front row to witness the three of them up close and personal. For some reason, I always remember BABYMETAL's live performances, but the details of the divine band's performance are almost completely lost in my memory, and all I remember is the bass and compression that I can feel in my gut. The only evidence I have of seeing them live is a lot of sweat. Maybe that's why live discs sell. But I will always remember the impressive posing of the three guys introducing KARATE that I saw at Ozzfest, and Su's voice piercing my brain with STARLIGHT.
Your story with the girls is so awesome and your reaction to seeing your younger brother fliping there was really funny. I wish I had the opportunity to see them live too, even more when Yui was still part of it :( The story is so unique that your video was even shared on a Facebook group I'm on XD
I truly envy people who went to a festival or a Red Hot Chilli Peppers, or Lady Gaga, or Korn show and had never heard of BABYMETAL, then witnessed their greatness and had their minds blown....Don't worry about the emotions...this is a powerful song about a serious subject
I went to two of the RHCP shows and had a blast watching people in the rows in front of me googling and looking on youtube for BABYMETAL after their set.
The miracle of Sonisphere. More realistic and inspiring than any movie that tried to tell the story. And so was your reaction. Thanks for being real, friend.
Sorry I’m late, but just returned home from work. Your brother; assuming he’s the one who didn’t quite finish the flip, is known around the world! He is up there with Pikachu and, “white t-shirt guy!” A reaction with him would be awesome. Nice job.
I am always stunned by the professionalism of Su, Moa and Yui. Performing in front of 40,000, I would have been shaking. And no worries about your emotions. That's what memories are about. I am going to see Band-Maid in October and fully expect to ball my eyes out throughout the entire concert.
If I remember, they donimated the famous Budokan where many artists dreamed to perform at, just few months before this Sonisphere - their first world tour, so they already have the confidence and professionalism to back them up even before much larger, foreign crowds
Lucky you.... I wish I can go to ANY Babymetal at this point....I'm sure the fans have pointed out, this song is about Anti Bullying (the title is No Bullying Forever). And these girls are anti bullying personified. They got a lot of hate online prior to show, because they were seen as a gimmick, people even threaten to throw bottles at them But these 3 girls got on that stage despite the hate (showing they had more balls than the haters), put on a hell of a performance, and won over a huge crowd of metal heads. You can hear them chanting "We want more" at the end. 🤘🦊🤘
Lol,I was there too. It was Iron Maiden who headlined that day but who cares it was all about BABYMETAL that day and yeah, it hits me too……..thing is I never forgot them…….lol. Awesome.
What a badass reaction video hahaha! I'm new to babymetal but I've done a deep dive theast 3 months. The bravery and conviction these young ladies had on this day makes me cry every time still.. and I wasn't there 🤣
Alternate title would fits : "I accidentaly watch myself in live from my viewers recomended band live" Anyways. This song has very deep meaning. Especially in this part.. 7:42 "Kizutsuketa no wa hoka no dareka dake ja naku. Kizuka-nai furi shiteta nakama." That means "Those who hurt me were not only someone else, but also those who pretended not to notice. It was my friend."
I'm in my late 30's, I discovered them also in 2014. Dude.. I felt it (that emotional spark of WTF am i even feeling right now!? why do I want to cry!?).. These young ladies are amazing and the band is jus *chef's kiss* ! I might jus melt if I don't cry from seeing them live.
I believe you! they are the talk of the town that day and from what I've watched on loud wire video, many people got curious on babymetal. thanks to the viral video gimme chocolate.
Man.. you got me crying ya soppy bastard! 😋 Great, and truly authentic reaction. 🙏🏻 It’s actually quite surreal hearing that that famous failed flip guy was your brother!!! WTF???? I’ve seen them live several times. The highlight being two nights (Black and Red) in 2016 at the Tokyo Dome. Words can not convey just how epic that was. 55,000 sold out both nights. BABYMETAL are a force - never to be replicated.
Unbelievable that you were there and forgot such an important moment! Great reaction as usual and don’t be ashamed of the tears, as I told you before, Babymetal just hits you right in the feels sometimes and there is nothing wrong with it. Would be interesting to get your fam together to react to it again! There a compilation of their full 30 minute set available, so maybe watch that with them next?
You were at this place in that year with your dad and little brother, and you bought T-shirts, and now you've gone it away? Well, what can I say... Well, the rest of the performers are so great, I don't blame you for forgetting BM. I went to see OneFive live in Lake Yamanaka ko, Japan the other day, too, and I saw myself in the video clip of their new song at the live that zzzzzzzzzz uploaded on TH-cam. OneFive is the idol group that Kano, one of BM's Avengers, belongs to!
Yes! Get your brother to react to this video! I have watched over 100 reactions to this video and MANY reactors have commented on the guys flipping and jumping around in the pit! LOL! .....EPIC reaction! 🤘🦊🤘
BROOOOOOOO!!! What a revelation. You were an OG western fan and didn't even know it! Crazy too that your brother is the flipping guy in the mosh pit at the beginning. Small world.
That's unbelievable!! How can you forget such a performance! Love the way the Fox God lead you returning home ♥️🦊 And don't apologies for your feelings, I get emotional every time watching this show.
Amazing reaction! It is too cool that you were there and a bit crazy that you forgot, lol! Don't worry about getting emotional. Tears are a common happening with several different Babymetal songs. I really hope you can get your brother to react to this with you again. Especially if you can get him to do it without telling him the real reason. It'll be cool if he hasn't seen this before. Looking forward to more. Kitsune Up! 🤘🦊🤘
BABYMETAL has the same impact on me, some of their songs just make my eyes water even if I don't understand their words. The music and lyrics are so beautifully crafted and performed that my emotions run high. BABYMETAL is better than music to me, it's so different and pleasing to my ears.
This was a special reaction. Seeing someone react to a Babymetal video when they were in the audience is something that I think I've seen only once before. I know how you feel. I remember the first time I had ever heard of Babymetal it was in Sept 2013 but it wasn't until April 2014 that I got it and became a hardcore fan. Even though it was only 7 months I still regretted not spending that extra time getting to know Babymetal. I would really love to see you and your brother react to this video together. If you can convince him to do it without telling him anything about the video that would be even more awesome! It will be hilarious to see his face when he starts watching and he sees himself. As for where to go from here, Babymetal is busy recording their next album right now! I hope it will release by the end of the year. When it does make sure to do everything in your power to see them again! There is a very good chance they will perform near where you live. London is one of their favorite places to visit.
What wardrobe malfunction ? Yui was redesigning her costume as she performed , for their next concert in Japan . You're 100% correct about Yui's professionalism.
Finally legends from the BABYMETAL memorable live show! Honesty speaking it sometimes hard to memorize them especially when you're in the pit jumping and running around🤘 Your brother is a Hero!🤣
Did you also know that your brother was included in their DVD for BABYMETAL RETURNS - The Other One, for the intro of IDZ?! One more reason to buy their DVDs 😆
Not gonna read through all the comments to see if it has been said, but this song is about bullying. Even if you don't know the lyrics..you can still feel it hit ya. Even more so knowing what the song is about. Now I shall recommend the song Megitsune. By far their best song and most popular besides Gimme Chocolate
The emotional part, right? I've seen so many people in reaction videos to Babymetal get emotional like you did and most really aren't sure why. At least a dozen I've seen. I have been struck by the emotions too and I honestly can't explain it. Especially the songs Karate, The One, From Dusk Til Dawn, and Starlight. But it is such a powerfully good emotion. Great reaction and helluva story!
⚡ 💀 💕 / 🚫 It's both amazing, and kind of hilarious that you were in that crowd. BABYMETAL were on the Apollo stage in the afternoon, right after Tesseract. They were followed by Ghost, Anthrax, Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, the Deftones, and finally around 9:00 PM, by Iron Maiden, the closing act. That must have been quite a day. They were bumped up to a bigger stage once their music video for 'Gimme Chocolate!!' started to go viral outside of Japan. That was a couple of months before the Sonisphere appearance. This anti-bullying song gets some of the biggest mosh pits. : ) I can't imagine the strength of nerve it took for a 16 year old Su, and just turned 15 year olds Yui and Moa to take that stage. And to leave them wanting more. I'd say they made some new fans that day. They followed this up with a headlining concert at The Forum in London two days later. This was a classic Kami Band line-up with Mikio Fujioka (RIP) and Leda Cygnus guitars, BOH on bass and Hideki Aoyama on drums.
Your reaction to this is exactly when I stumble across anime songs that I used to listen to in middle school. The feels are absolutely real not just listening to the music but also watching your reaction to it. Also just the fact that cute girls were singing a metal song in one of the biggest festivals about how bullying is bad just cracks me up.
I can't believe you were at a Babymetal concert and FORGOT! this was the first full concert of Babymetal I'd ever seen (thank you pirate bay) and I'll never forget it. Before this I'd only seen them on Jimmy Kimmel, so this is the concert that literally changed my life.
such a touching reaction...I understand what you feel...a little similar to what I experienced with Baby Metal...at that time Baby Metal appeared in my country (Indonesia) around 2013 at an anime exhibition...on at that time I heard Baby Metal singing a song but I just walked away...and now I really like all the music...so sad...😅😅😅🤘🤘🤘
Your brother is celebrity in the BABYMETAL universe, you need to re-react to this with your brother and father.
I want that to, I will patiently wait
This might be the most weird and crazy reaction I have ever recorded... I think my mind was blown at 3 different times through this recording!
You were at the festival all BabyMetal fans wished they were at . This is a god moment . Does not get better than this .
True
Absolutely awesome!!
My mate - hey who the hell are babymetal
Me - no idea bro
Guy behind us - i hear they are a bunch of Japanese kids.
My mate- wtf are they doing here?
All of us looking about shrugging our shoulders.
Then they came on and played BMD we were all standing with our jaws open stunned at what we were watching, then gimme chocolate and still we were stuck in that wtf moment, then they blasted into catch me if you can and the whole place went mental and down the foxhole we all tumbled.🦊
ps there was over 55 thousand at the gig the official figures were 45 but nobody ever asks the 10000 Satan Slaves if they have tickets lol
I'll see what I can do with the family 💯

Thank you for the interesting history behind the phrase as a police campaign. That adds more depth of understanding to the full meaning of the song. 🙏
Your brother is pretty big in Babymetal reactions because he always gets a good laugh for first time viewers.
Nice story, thanks for sharing
I’m probably 10 years your senior and couldn’t have expressed my feelings more appropriately. Thank you
You're awesome my friend!
Was amazing to see Yuichan deal with her dress malfunction. Such a professional
Thank you for the wonderful reaction
At this time, Babymetal was the first appearance at an overseas metal festival.
British rock festivals are famous for their radicality
And metal enthusiasts are also famous for being conservative
Many metal enthusiasts don't like girls playing metal.
In fact, the organizer also received a threatening message
We Babymetal fans were afraid to appear
But they showed a great performance Fascinated the audience
Some of the spectators were planning to throw plastic bottles at them. But they turned it into a cheer
The teenage girls went up to the stage without fear
And Babymetal showed us a lot of sights we've never seen before.
PS.
The choreography of Yui Metal and More Metal during the guitar solo
The sounds of two guitars are expressed by the body at the same time.
Every movement of Babymetal has meaning
Please enjoy that area as well
That was fun - great reaction, definitely one of the best reactions to this song and performance. Absolutely yes, get your brother in for another reaction.
Also yes, they were shouting for "One more song" and "We want more" at the end.
There were 4 more songs before this one ... maybe more reactions to those will jog your memory.
If I'm not mistaken, there's a pro-shot video of Gimme Choco as well.
@@MacTaipan I believe you're right
I think you're right! We need some more from this gig!
I will get a video with my brother the next time he comes round! 💯💯
Snap.
KARATE at Download UK two years after this was also awesome! The audience was so moving in the rain, becoming one with BABYMETAL.

Oi Mate! Would love to see you, your Brother & Father doing a live commentary on this Babymetal experience! Maybe your Old Man/Lil Brother really loved them, & might have Great things to say about them. Either way, it would be an awesome show to see you & family together live on your channel!
Cheers!
Yes! Excellent idea!
I'm subscribed and will not miss it for anything.
Agreed! You should also check out or react to (type) "babymetal sonisphere 2014 full concert" people have clipped together fancams. See if you and your family are in any other clips. Your brother is very lowkey famous.
@@tonygriffin_ Thanks Mate! 🤘
I'll see what I can do my friend!! 🤘🤘
Wait what? You've been there? And your family too? 🤯 And we all thinking you knew nothing about them lol
Well nothing else to say, you already know what happened there, just in case there's a full fancam compilation with the whole show. Check it out and share with us if you want.
See you next time and kitsune up 🦊🤘🔥
I did make a compilarion of the whole gig from fab cam footage and this video - th-cam.com/video/zthGYiS5JNE/w-d-xo.html 🦊🤘🤘🦊
I promise you that if I was there I would never forget about it 😁
But good reaction anyway and don't worry, some songs destroy me emotionally.
It’s time to check out BabyMetal In The Name Of Legend S
🦊
Yeah I think it is how many of us older fans feel. Kind of like watching your kids or grandkids - just so proud.
Oooo a highly recommended song! Excited to hear it!!!
Omg! I’ve always wanted to hear from the front-flip guy!!! Your baby bro doing a reaction to this would be soooo cool!
Dude this was one of the best shows I ever got to see
I've watched a LOT of babymetal and I keep coming back to this one.
BABYMETAL FOREVER
🤘🤘🤘
First off, this has got to be the most awesome reaction I have ever watched. I truly love it..and will save this for many many more viewings.
Your reaction is totally insane on so many levels. I envy anyone who was in Sonisphere 2014 and saw the girls kill the cynical crowd, let alone someone who was IN the main circle pit! Gaadaang, what a story to tell your grandkids!
Another thing, I have always wondered who these lucky souls who preserved their stupidly funny backflips for generations of viewers to relish and laugh at! LOL. And one of them was your brother! More stories for rhe grandkids :)
Finally, IDZ S2014 is my favorite live perfromance of Babymetal because it just opens the tear valves of just about anyone, .. maybe this is THE Babymetal song to which the most number of reactors shed tears.
I need to watch some of those interviews!!! 💯💯🤘🤘
yes, .. he is one lucky man. he witnessed the holy trinity and Mikio, ... which will always be a dream to me (which will never come true!)
Same here, I'm jealous of you man, it'd be a dream of mine to see this live, when Moa and Mikio was with the band... Metal history.
@@Lopezprieto Moa is still here, Yui left
I know this is an old reaction but I still wanted to comment.. I wasn't there and I'm not a BM fan but everytime I watch them perform this song I cry.. I can't explain why.. it's just beautiful
Such a good message too. No more bullying forever!
Notable performances on the concert if you want to check:
Tales of the Destinies, Red Night Tokyo Dome Concert.
Their are a good chunk of the Babymetal fans who were not ready to become a fan at first time seeing them in a video. Ahh, fun gimmick or whatever and years later they see something Babymetal again and then become a fan. So you are not alone. A bunch of fans it would be they needed to first go through some personal growth to become open minded enough to really listen and recognize the qualities.
I've come to learn that there are two kinds of people....those who love BABYMETAL....and those who just aren't ready....but they will
The thing that amazing me every time that I see this video beside Su's incredible voice.
That is awesome!!!
You paint a great picture my friend! 🤘
Your story with the girls is so awesome and your reaction to seeing your younger brother fliping there was really funny. I wish I had the opportunity to see them live too, even more when Yui was still part of it :(
The story is so unique that your video was even shared on a Facebook group I'm on XD
What can i say you where there 😁
What have you being smoking to forget this 🤣 Great reaction 😁
🤘🦊🤘
I can't believe you were at this legendary occasion! Ohhhh, I'm so jealous!!
Thats so cool you were there! You saw history right there my friend!
I only got to see them first at Download ‘18 but Yui had already left by then..
haha the tears. I know the feeling. Been there. Not too many bands can manage that 😂🤘🦊🤘
and I've never even seen them live in person.
❤️❤️🤘🤘
Well, that was unexpected. It would be awesome to see your brother‘s reaction to this.
I like to share good things with others, and BabyMetal is a damn good thing ! Excellent reaction .
seeing the reaction of your brother to that performance would be awesome
The miracle of Sonisphere. More realistic and inspiring than any movie that tried to tell the story. And so was your reaction. Thanks for being real, friend.
Sorry I’m late, but just returned home from work. Your brother; assuming he’s the one who didn’t quite finish the flip, is known around the world! He is up there with Pikachu and, “white t-shirt guy!” A reaction with him would be awesome. Nice job.
the drummer.............WHAT DOES THAT TAKE? BRAVO! Japan! great job! So creative
@@BadEnd98 Red Night and Black Night? Or was that later?

Lucky you.... I wish I can go to ANY Babymetal at this point....I'm sure the fans have pointed out, this song is about Anti Bullying (the title is No Bullying Forever). And these girls are anti bullying personified. They got a lot of hate online prior to show, because they were seen as a gimmick, people even threaten to throw bottles at them But these 3 girls got on that stage despite the hate (showing they had more balls than the haters), put on a hell of a performance, and won over a huge crowd of metal heads. You can hear them chanting "We want more" at the end. 🤘🦊🤘
"What the hell is happening?!?!" Yeah I know bro. Fantastic reaction. That's what tumbling down the foxhole feels like.
Little brother's reaction right nooooow!!!
The ginger guy just below you on the edge of the Put is my Friend Martin XD
Lol,I was there too. It was Iron Maiden who headlined that day but who cares it was all about BABYMETAL that day and yeah, it hits me too……..thing is I never forgot them…….lol. Awesome.
What a badass reaction video hahaha! I'm new to babymetal but I've done a deep dive theast 3 months.
The bravery and conviction these young ladies had on this day makes me cry every time still.. and I wasn't there 🤣
At first time, i felt this is joke ! but now everytime i hear this song in their gig , i cannot stop tears falling .
Alternate title would fits : "I accidentaly watch myself in live from my viewers recomended band live"
Anyways. This song has very deep meaning. Especially in this part.. 7:42
"Kizutsuketa no wa hoka no dareka dake ja naku. Kizuka-nai furi shiteta nakama." That means
"Those who hurt me were not only someone else, but also those who pretended not to notice. It was my friend."
you're one lucky guy. you witnessed the original BABYMETAL live -- with the holy trinity, with the ever-smiling guitarist- Mikio Fujioka ... ...
Great, and truly authentic reaction.
OneFive is the idol group that Kano, one of BM's Avengers, belongs to!
revisiting this just to say love you man thanks for the hard work.
to be able to see this show, and also not know what you saw, and THEN ALSO REACT TO IT AND RELIVE IT, im envious haha
Yes! Get your brother to react to this video! I have watched over 100 reactions to this video and MANY reactors have commented on the guys flipping and jumping around in the pit! LOL! .....EPIC reaction! 🤘🦊🤘
I really like ‘Shanti Shanti Shanti’ by BABYMETAL !!
I was there - one of the greatest live performances in history!
THAT is a REALLY COOL story!
The fact that you were there 8 years ago and that your channel has brought you all the way back to Babymetal is so freakin' awesome!
IDZ every time I hear it it gives me feeling and makes me want to cry!
Sugoi! The show in which BABYMETAL won the West, a.k.a. Yui's professionalism displayed despite wardrobe malfunction.
Arigatou! 🦊🤘 #notacult
What wardrobe malfunction ? Yui was redesigning her costume as she performed , for their next concert in Japan . You're 100% correct about Yui's professionalism.
Finally legends from the BABYMETAL memorable live show!
Honesty speaking it sometimes hard to memorize them especially when you're in the pit jumping and running around🤘
Your brother is a Hero!🤣
Did you also know that your brother was included in their DVD for BABYMETAL RETURNS - The Other One, for the intro of IDZ?! One more reason to buy their DVDs 😆
Wow this was incredible. What a coincidence that you were actually on camera.
Love your reactions and it brings memories for me when I saw them live in Tennessee USA . So glad I got a shirt and was glad to see them

It's both amazing, and kind of hilarious that you were in that crowd.
I can't imagine the strength of nerve it took for a 16 year old Su, and just turned 15 year olds Yui and Moa to take that stage.
I think that ending summed it all up perfectly, a crowd that large chanting they want more with a lineup like that coming on after them. 🤘
SU-METAL was 17…MOA&YUI was 15 years old in this time……Unbelievable.
Su- was 16½ .
Yes invite them please I would love to see it
Finally we found a relative of that front flip guy :-)
Your reaction to this is exactly when I stumble across anime songs that I used to listen to in middle school. The feels are absolutely real not just listening to the music but also watching your reaction to it.
Also just the fact that cute girls were singing a metal song in one of the biggest festivals about how bullying is bad just cracks me up.
I figured when you broke the news that you would end up being the one that did the flip, but your bro is a legend.
I can't believe you were at a Babymetal concert and FORGOT! this was the first full concert of Babymetal I'd ever seen (thank you pirate bay) and I'll never forget it. Before this I'd only seen them on Jimmy Kimmel, so this is the concert that literally changed my life.
