You'll want to generate your mockups first, then open canvas system, select your mockup as input file and fit to print area with our fit feature, then drag n' drop your logo and place it where you want, then sync it, and overwrite the previous mockup (if you wish) with the newly updated mockup with your logo: community.mydesigns.io/c/video-training/how-to-publish-multiple-print-on-demand-products-to-etsy-under-one-listing-407c8f

Since this video, the AI has changed a bit (must be recent) and the Tumbler Option is not coming up in the Phraser AI or the drop-down when Publishing Products. Hopefully, this will be updated. Thank you. The tumbler option is available in Phraser AI, you just need to scroll down the menu options. When publishing products, you must be referring to POD tumblers, it's there as well. Can you double check.

Hello Curtis! I was wondering why my image is 144 DPI after I generate it with "Straight Tumbler" Mockup. I checked it with this method "Open with > Paint > File > Properties" and it's showing 144 DPI. I checked it with other image that I upscaled with another upscaler, and it's showing 300 DPI just fine when I open it with Paint. Do you have any idea why is this happening?🙌
Hello, I made all of my designs and put on Etsy for digital download and the customer that bought one said they only received the mockups when trying to download. How do I fix it?
Is there a way on MyDesigns to just use our own digital files as they are for a listing instead of using the PDF that zips all the files? In my case I'd prefer to sell them without zipping them. Thanks
Q. I'm a crafter. I'm not looking to sell designs in Etsy or any other shop at this time. I just want to create products for my personal use. Is this software only for generating products to sell?
If I have already sent my files to etsy as digital downloads, and now am creating POD physical tumblers, will deleting my files (other than primary) cause any issues if someone orders a digital download? Thank you.
Once you publish a product (digital or POD), we take a snapshot of the files (deliverables and/or print-files), and store them on our backend, that way - if you delete the listing in MyDesigns, everything will still function properly.

Are the wraps created seamless and do you cater for Tapered Tumblers - interested initially in Digital Sales of wraps then Physical products on another store. For Digital products the wraps need to be seamless and cater for both straight and tapered 20oz.
Dream AI doesn't quite support seamless tile patterns yet, but it will in the future. You can always use MidJourney to generate seamless patterns, then upload to MyDesigns and do the rest. We have templates for creating the tapered version of the digital tumbler wraps too.

What's the difference between the Listings tab and the newly created POD Tumblers tab? Is it just to keep the digital files separate from the tumblers, i.e. it's a collection inside a collection? Ah, are the images for the POD Tumblers originally copied from Listings?
The listings page is where you setup any/all listings before publishing them. It's dynamix/flexible, and you can set up the structure (datasets, file slots, and fields) from the template to get exactly what you want for whatever you're selling. Almost everything happens on the Listings page.

How can I create ai wall art for digital download in correct sizes?
At 7.55, it's clear that the tumblers have the same image facing forward on each tumbler, i.e. it's not showing off the full wrap. Why is that?

SwiftPOD or Printful, you choose. I recommend SwiftPOD as they're cheaper and it's sublimation tumblers.
