    Respect for the LOTR extended edition trilogy on the bookshelf. Love your videos Luke, keep it up.

      haha good spot there mate. Yeah I'm a big Tolkien fan .. a little further along the book shelf (but hidden) you'll find the Silmarillion.

      Thanks for watching mate. I'll be doing another vid like this later in the year, but purely all my old vintage traditional camping gear.

    Thanks for the rundown Luke...always enjoy seeing what others are using. I try to go ultra lightweight these days - it can be expensive but my knees are a lot older than yours and they appreciate it 😁

      I used to laugh at the ultralight weight guys, and think I was more manly carrying heavy loads haha .. but yeah these days I love trying to shed as much weight as I can .. as you get older the back starts playing up 😂

      One of my favourite pieces of gear. I don't think I'll go back to sleeping bags, unless I'm doing snow camping.

    Very helpful. Though I'm a bit disappointed that crop top wetsuit didn't get an in action feature.

    Hey mate
    I love your gear load out vid …. Great mix of gear, a bit of traditional style gear but mostly the Alton and Neve gear light weight stuff ….. also people laugh at the BG brand stuff …but that pocket knife is the best … I’m soo jealous as have I lost mine…..

      @Lukeslittletribe  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah it's such a good little pocket knife! I don't mind the Gerber brand stuff.
      Thanks heaps for watching.

    Wow did all that fit into your packs. If so you must be extremely good at tetris

    • @Lukeslittletribe
      @Lukeslittletribe  ปีที่แล้ว

      Certainly did mate. You'd be surprised at what can fit in a pack.

    Cool video Luke, curious if you ever use/have a lightweight tent?

    • @Lukeslittletribe
      @Lukeslittletribe  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for watching mate. I do have a cheap lightweight oz trail tent, but honestly I never use it. Mostly tarps, bivys, mozzy nets or swags.

    Big fan of these gear vids, always good to see exactly what other people use for their gear. You reckon you'd change anything of your kit?

    • @Lukeslittletribe
      @Lukeslittletribe  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Pretty happy with it all. I'd change the bivy though and get something better. I'd prefer something much more compact and lightwieght which is kind of the point of a bivy.
