It's not a monster and it is Afton actually, not his soul or corpse ofc, but his agony, the reason why Oswald travel back in time is because of the kids murder and Afton's and the kid's agony :') (agony is part of the remnants)

Funtime Freddy is programmed to be psychotic with Bon Bon keeping him somewhat in check, however without him Freddy returns to his programming. My point is if Funtime Freddy felt bad or didn't want to kill Millie? It's doubtable, but it is also his programming kinda like how superdad Glamrock Freddy's programming glitch has him dancing whenever he enters DJMM's section, meaning that Funtime Freddy might not want to kill a kid but is forced to do so because of his programming.
The Funtimes are programmed to be violent and kill kids, they don't really have any self control and like Baby said, they never meant for anything to happen but Funtime Freddy seems to enjoy killing kids, so it's really confusing on how this one is so different

Question of the year: was fnaf locations real in real life and were the anamatronics and the people that died by them real think of the years before 2020 like years 1900's r 1800's
They were not at all, they were inspired by Chuck E Cheese and one incident that once happened to one of them where, an ex employee killed 5 people that were closing the restaurant.
The pizzaplex though, got inspired by a real location that existed but got burnt down and was also where JTop (Jason Topolski), one of the people at the head of SteelWool, used to work.
