By this point Isaac's already had his few minutes of emotion thanks to Timmis. He absolutely showed how much he loves Claire and the boys. He also knows he doesn't function properly without her. He can't keep his subroutines straight. He makes sure to keep learning about interactions between couples because it makes Claire happy. He might not be able to admit he has emotion but he constantly proves how much everything for Claire is high priority. That includes meeting her request for all levels of intimacy.
