hello, like i said i was looking for the se400 ,se600,or se625 but i found this se630 at walmart. i was lucky. this does not come with a CD , you can download designs after you register it.i dont have a CD drdw on my PC. in part two that im working on, i show that you can do japanese characters. i dont know if the other se machines can do that. the se 630 is 5 numbers above the se625. so maybe its 5% better? maybe 5 hours better, 5 units better.... units equal the value you place in them. good luck!! ;)
I have the 625. The 600, 625, and 630 are basically the same machine. The main difference is the cd/ download other designs. Either way these machines are fun. I also have se400 (my 11 yr old Granddaughter uses), you need a usb cord to connect it to computer to download designs. We both embroidery and sew.

Does the 625 have Japanese fonts? i lived 17 years in japan. i thought that was odd they had katakana and hiragana. ive used ink stitch with my own designs and its worked well. i like open source. thanks for watching.

@@robotadventures yes it has Japanese fonts, not as many as 630.
