For Extermination: Some of the danger signs for the saws appear twice on the screen together so you need to click space twice at the 3rd beat. When the second danger sign appears at the same time with the first danger sign it will have a higher pitch sound, so you need to listen for 2 sounds: "A normal pitch and a higher pitch". Danger signs for saws are also dangerous even more as they already appear several times at the start more than Termination. You have to both watch and listen closely for the double saw attack and watch the notes all at the same time.
